How communism fails .... and always will

Why is it so very difficult for the leftist pea-brains to understand that if the taxpayers disappear from the landscape of their utopian dreams, then the fate of those who believe that work is meaningless and that wealth should be shared, would become utter hell. People sucking at the govt's teats are called the poor, but these same people own cars, cell-phones, laptops, latest in electronics and gadgets, buy loads of beer and wine, makes up a huge percentage of shoppers at department stores, whether there is a sale on or not, and shop like they have a multitude of bodies to clothe and feed. That's not poverty, not in my books. Real poverty is the type you read in "The Tobacco Road" (forgotten the name of the author) but it made a huge impact on how I envision poverty. Real poverty is what the people in most of Africa are going through. The so called "poor" of the USA, Canada and other developed countries are looked upon as extremely rich by the real poor of the world. Surprised?!!

Now, according to latest figures coming out of the USA, the taxpayers who were contributing to the coffers are leaving the liberal states. The liberal states are the hardest hit and without taxpayers to contribute to the govt's kitty, I wonder what the future holds for Obama and his commies.

The latest figures from the Census Bureau show that there is a mass exodus of taxpayers happening in all the most liberal states. This means that such states are not only losing urgently needed revenues at the worst possible time, but also representation both in the electoral college and in the House.........

  1. Well, I suspect you may have missed the context here.

If the consensus figures stated are accurate, taxpayers are leaving liberal states for more conservative ones, but are doing so without leaving the United States. While it may hurt the government in states like Vermont or Michigan (by the way, Steven Crowder's most recent piece on Detroit is worthy of attention), it won't hurt the bottom line of the federal government.

It'll just put more pressure on Obama to find ways to help those states make up their shortfalls.

  2. The elimination of poverty will end crime, but then again having money corrupts and leads to crime. Let's just cap everyone at $30,000 annually.

  3. and those people "sucking on governments teats" who own "cars cellphones electronics and buy lots of beer and wine" must be paying a lot of consumption taxes

  4. And so the tax and spend mentality will follow those who escape to a less failed state because of federal taxes however one must remember that USA is a republic and the states can opt out from the union ,push them enough and it will happen. It is far easier to accomplish than our own whiny little province and Americans essentially do not like taxes

  5. What an ignorant and silly blog post. My guess is that you are likely as clueless about Canadian taxes and spending as you are about America's.

The federal government will still collect taxes from people who move from state to state.

  6. Ryan - But they will collect less as those moving out of the Liberal states are moving into those that will tax them less. Moron.

Bruce - It's easy to give taxes on things that you are accumulating when you are paying for those items with free money. Easy come, easy go. If I was getting $400 a week without doing a stitch of work, I would not crib either to pay taxes, in fact I would be willing to pay double. The money I have not given a drop of sweat towards, is money that means nothing to me. Moreover, I would know that I would never get a pink slip, so no need to save. Big brother will take care of me. Moron.

  10. Now that you've looked up communism in the dictionary to learn how to spell it, how about reading the definition? Because it doesn't mean what you think it means.

  11. the rev.paperboy - you are a prime example of the lovely lovely Left. You are not done with picking on my misspellings... now you want to take it up a notch higher.
