Videos I posted on platforms are posted as separate item in the blog as something goes haywire when I try to embed videos in a mix of links to articles. I am still blocked from accessing my Twitter account. however, I recently discovered that signing from one of my Google accounts I can access Twitter as another personality and in fact tweet as that personality. It was so uncomplicated when I just copied and pasted the Tweets from my Twitter account to this blog, so will start that method again soon from the new Twitter account so I can also have a record here of tweets from others that I find important or interesting enough to retweet.

The man-made disease got me yet again
Update: I was asked how come I came to the conclusion it was the man-made disease and not the flu. Good question that made me realize that I had not included the fact that a family member (we were all down with the illness at the same time) bought a rapid test kit from a nearby pharmacy and the test showed he was positive for covid. The entire family has same symptoms... thus my conclusion.

My first bout with the man-made disease was in January 2020. At that time I thought I had been poisoned and suspected it was probably something I ate or maybe from tap water which was my usual drinking- water source. The disease that time round consisted of very high fever followed by heavy sweats and in-between the spasms of limbs and hallucinations. I got through that episode within 7 to 10 days with no after effects.
This time round, its no mistaking this as poisoning. This is more like a case of a severe flu. The difference is the constant hacking dry cough and an occasional light fever. You will feel zapped out and tired and now even after more than a week of this, I feel groggy throughout the day. Recovery seems to take longer than whatever the heck the disease was like the last time.
After the Jan 2020 sickness, I was hoping my natural immunity would last forever. Oh well ... it lasted at least for almost 3 years, much much better than the so-called "vaccines" and boosters.
Took the usual meds like cough controls, fever controls and lots of herbal teas which included crushed ginger, camomile, rosemary seeds, star anise and cloves. For good measure used a few crushed peppercorns too.
Today is the 12th day I haven't stepped outside the house. The family members I see every day, (we are all anti-vax) also got it but recovered days ago. Guess the age factor counts as I get older.
All in all, this man-made shit is lousy, especially if one won't take the vaccines. I would rather go through the disease than take the vax poison and probably become like one of the vax injured victims.
Keep up the regimen of vitamins to perhaps avoid and escape the disease. I and my family have been taking D3, zinc and vitamin C on a regular basis since Jan 2020. Without their help, the disease might have been worse.
