World War One .... Episode 7: Blockade

On happenings in and around the Middle East .... June 30

Worst day of their lives for the families of  the three missing Israeli kids
From CBC:
....Missing Israelis: Bodies found near Hebron reportedly those of teens.
Teens disappeared in West Bank on June 12 while hitchhiking home from religious school.
Israeli TV stations say the bodies of three Israeli teens missing and believed kidnapped in the West Bank have been found near Hebron.

Eyal Yifrah, 19, Gil-Ad Shaer, 16, and Naftali Fraenkel, 16, disappeared on the night of June 12 while hitchhiking home from the religious school they were attending, local media reported at the time............

Series of bomb blasts near presidential palace kills two police officers, some reports say the officers died while trying to defuse the bombs. I think I will go with the story below.
From LATimes:
....Bomb blasts near Egypt's presidential palace kill 2 police officers.  A series of bomb blasts near Egypt’s presidential palace killed two police officers and injured 10 other people on Monday, officials and media reports said, two days after another deadly explosion struck the capital.

The bombings occurred on a tensely symbolic day: the one-year anniversary of the start of massive protests that culminated in the Egyptian army removing Islamist president Mohamed Morsi from office. The palace, in Cairo’s affluent Heliopolis district, was to be the scene of anniversary commemorations later Monday......

8 people crucified in Aleppo, Syria by ISIS/ISIL:
From TheTimesUK:
....Isis crucified eight   fighters from rival rebel groups near Aleppo in northern Syria yesterday, ordering that their bodies should remain on display for three days as a warning to others.
The killings came as the Islamic extremists fought other Syrian rebel groups near Damascus. The eight were killed in Deir Hafer, in the east of Aleppo province, reportedly because they fought for rival rebel groups that had confronted Isis in the past....

Is Lebanon in the terrorist army's crosshairs?
....The Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS) militant jihadist group has announced that a man by the name Abdel Salam al-Ordoni is now the group’s Emir, or “prince,” in Lebanon. Lebanon is a country seen by many as ISIS’s next target in the effort to expand its newly created Sunni caliphate that spans Iraq and Syria.
Some suggest Ordoni was responsible for planning a recent suicide attack at a Beirut restaurant. According to NOW media, Ordoni gave orders to provide the two suicide bombers with explosives.
On Wednesday, a suicide bomber blew himself up in Beirut, injuring ten people. The plan was reportedly a botched attack. The initial plan of attack allegedly entailed opening fire on innocents at a restaurant. The suicide bomber would then detonate his vest after running out of ammo. The first bomber would then be complemented by a second, who would wait until police forces arrived to set off his suicide vest.........

ISIS/ISIL shoots people and then crucifies them as seen in Syria (vid below) and now  similar stuff is reported to be happening in Iraq.

From latest stuff on Twitter it looks like Lebanon's Sunnis have pledged their alliance to ISIS/ISIL and that would definitely mean that Jordan's Sunnis will do the same pretty soon.
This is getting more and more dangerous  as I am sure Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood sympathizers will be viewing what's happening and wondering when they can make their move too.
Bad situation all around.

National Post journalist writes a sob story about a Canadian jihadi

Strange going-ons with journalist Stewart Bell of National Post.  He pens an article which is a sob story of what happened to a Canadian jihadi  when fighting in Libya to overthrow Gadhafi.  The jihadi comes back with a bullet in his spine and is now confined to a wheelchair which means the jihadi will be a burden to the Canadian taxpayer for the rest of his miserable life.  And, to add insult to injury, nitwit journalists like Stewart Bell decide to write articles from the jihadis' point of view. Stewart Bell didn't think it was his duty as a Canadian to mention to the jihadi  that if one considers oneself to be a Canadian, then what happens in your "home" country that you left to be a citizen of Canada should not matter to you. Your loyalty is to Canada and as a Canadian citizen you have no right to join uprisings in other countries. If one wants to do that, then one should give up their Canadian citizenship and get the fuck out of here.  But, of course not .... it was far from Steward Bell's mind to remind the jihadi of the wrong he has done.

O Canada!  When and how did you go wrong!

From National Post:
....Gentle and soft-spoken, Tarek Ben-Kura wasn’t a fighter by nature, but when the Arab Spring came to Libya, he couldn’t just watch from Canada as the regime forces crushed the revolt. He wanted to be there on the frontline.

“Hamid, have you ever fired a gun before?” he asked his pal, a Montreal student who was also thinking of joining the fight. Clad in a Habs t-shirt and a sideways ball cap the colours of the Libyan flag, Hamid shook his head. The only shooting he had done was in video games.

“I played Call of Duty,” he offered.

Mr. Ben-Kura had never fired a gun either. He was a Montreal-born business student at Bishop’s University. But after arriving in Benghazi, he signed up for basic weapons training and set off to help the Libyan rebels topple Colonel Muammar Gaddafi.

Three years later, the Mad Dog of the Middle East lies in an unmarked grave somewhere beneath the desert sand and Mr. Ben-Kura is back in Canada with a new mission. Four days a week, he visits an Ottawa physiotherapy clinic, building his strength so he might one day get out of the wheelchair he has needed since a soldier’s bullet severed his spine. He struggles with post-traumatic stress. He is 25.

In an interview this week, he insisted it was worth it to oust Gaddafi and free his political prisoners. “He’s dead now,” he said of the dictator. “His sons and the other people who were doing the dirty work for him are either out of the country or in jail. They have to face the consequences of what they did. And that’s good enough.”...........

Can a few sensible judges save BabylonUS from total moral decay and hence its death?

I doubt it very much.  These are nothing but Band-aid solutions on a body that's full of weeping, incurable sores.

Steven Erteit writing at LifeNews:
.....Supreme Court Rules Obama Admin Can’t Make Hobby Lobby Obey Pro-Abortion HHS Mandate.

The Supreme Court ruled today that the Christian-run Hobby Lobby doesn’t have to obey the HHS mandate that is a part of Obamacare that requires businesses to pay for abortion causing drugs in their employee health care plans.

The Obama administration was attempting to make Hobby Lobby and thousands of pro-life businesses and organizations comply with the HHS mandate that compels religious companies to pay for birth control and abortion-causing drugs for their employees. However, the U.S. Supreme Court today issued a favorable ruling in Sebelius v. Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc., a landmark case addressing the Constitutionally guaranteed rights of business owners to operate their family companies without violating their deeply held religious convictions.

Writing for the 5-4 majority, Justice Samuel Alito handed down the decision for the high court, saying, “The Supreme Court holds government can’t require closely held corporations with religious owners to provide contraception coverage.”

“HHS’s contraception mandate substantially burdens the exercise of religion,” the decision reads, adding that the “decision concerns only the contraceptive mandate and should not be understood to mean that all insurance mandates.”

Justice Anthony Kennedy wrote a concurring opinion saying that government itself could provide the coverage for contraception and the abortion-causing drugs if a company declines to do so....

Facebook page "Liker" sentenced to 6 years, in the new and "improved" Egypt

Sad isn't it that one swollen head takes over another swollen head and so it goes on and on.  What we forget time and time again is that politicians are all sociopaths.  They wouldn't be where they are if they weren't Oscar winning actors, and what are actors anyway if not prime sociopaths?

From ChristianPost:
....Christians Convicted of 'Blasphemy' in Egypt for 'Liking' Facebook Page

A young Christian man in Upper Egypt accused of blaspheming Islam for "liking" a Facebook page was sentenced Tuesday (June 24) to six years in prison, shocking the Coptic community and other Facebook users.

Judge Hazim Hany of Armant Criminal Court found Kerolos Shouky Attallah, 29, of Al-Mahamid village near Luxor, guilty of violating two articles of the Egyptian Penal Code – Article 98F, defaming a divinely revealed religion, and Article 176, inciting sectarian violence.

Attallah was charged for "liking" an Arabic-language Facebook page administered by an anonymous group of Christian converts known as the Knights of the Cross. His attorney, Mohamed Ahmed Abd-Alaal, said Attallah did not make any comments on the site, share any of the postings or upload anything to it. Attallah promptly removed his name from the page once he realized the Facebook page offended some Muslims.

The guilty verdict and the severity of the sentence came as a surprise, said Safwat Samaan, chairman of Nation Without Borders, a human rights and development group headquartered in Luxor........

The atrocities committed in Ukraine .... just a few of them

This is just a drop in the ocean of atrocities going on in the Ukraine.
When man does this to man, we have lost everything.
It's not not just the Muslims who have regressed to eating flesh cut off from their victims, beheading adults and children alike and crucifying people. Christians and Jews have also lost all sense of humanity.
Wars do this to otherwise ordinary people.  Yet, we clamor for wars, regime changes and coups.

Pro-Saudi Wahhabi terrorist army is collecting gold

Besides chopping off heads to use as "human skin" footballs, what other parts of the victims' bodies do the allah akbar fucks chop off?  These Muslim wars have very little to do with their satan god besides their screaming "allah akbar" like the illiterate banshee bastards they are.  Everything they do, is to do with money.

Richard Spencer writing at TelegraphUK:
....Iraq: What it feels like to be on the receiving end of Isis's pickup truck killing party
A man who hid from Isis for eight hours in a stack of straw tells Richard Spencer of the horrific day when the Iraqi jihadists came to his village, murdering his son, brother, nephew and sister-in-law.

The Isis death squad came in the morning, and were merciless on their Shia victims. One man who survived crawled through fields of wheat for a mile on his hands and knees, with the gunmen following, looking for him.

He had left his son dying in the road behind him. He heard the shots as his brother and nephew, who had run the other way to hide in a building site, were killed with two other men.
He hid for eight hours in the middle of a stack of straw from Iraq's early summer harvest, not daring to look out.

The next day, the villagers went back for the bodies. There were 21 in all, scattered through the streets and in the looted, burning embers of their houses. The bodies of his brother, nephew and two other men in the building site had not just been shot but stabbed in the head and body, on both sides, having been turned over and over as the rampage proceeded.
His brother's finger had been cut off, to remove his ring.

"I served in the army, in the war against Iran and in Kuwait," the survivor, Fadl Moussa Hassan said. "But I never saw anything like this. Even if you captured a prisoner and killed him, you did it cleanly, with one shot."
As Isis, the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham, extends its control over Sunni areas of the country, the politicians in Baghdad and the world's diplomats ponder a negotiated response. They do not trust the Iraqi army's ability to regain control of the country, nor wish to commit foreign troops in the numbers required to take on the common enemy.
One argument is that the Iraq crisis has a political root, in the discrimination suffered by Sunni Muslims at the hands of a Shia-led government. Many ordinary, non-jihadi Sunnis themselves say the insurgency is a popular uprising more than extremist terrorism.
That may be true, but it does not mean those with a will and a gun cannot use the crisis to promote their own strategies.

At the opposite ends of the religious sectarian spectrum, that strategy is ethnic cleansing........

How the USA and her allies are making terrorists into multi-millionaires ....

and guess what else folks?  These newly made multi-millionaires  will all apply for investor status immigrant visas to the Western countries, most of them must have already done so and have been accepted too.  The irony is that they will be using the same money they got off our stupid powers-that-be, to invade our countries.

Like I have always maintained .... wars make untold amounts of money for some of  the  most horrible amongst us.  Even the supporters of the "rebels" in Syria here in Canada and the USA, must have already made millions from our governments in one way or another.  How they must be laughing at us and our anti-Muslim blogs and our loyalty to the very politicians and the governments that makes them the kind of money we will never see even if we live through several lifetimes.

Robert Tait writing at TelegraphUK:
....Syrian rebel army 'sacked' over corruption claims.
The high command of the Free Syrian Army has been disbanded a day after President Barack Obama pledged hundreds of millions of pounds in aid.

The Western-backed Syrian rebel movement fighting President Bashar Assad's regime was in disarray on Friday after its military high command was sacked over corruption allegations a day after the Obama administration earmarked it for £293 million in financial support.
The country's self-styled opposition government took the dramatic step amid repots of rampant malfeasance within the ranks of the Free Syrian Army (FSA)
Ahmad Tohme, head of the government-in-exile, said it had "decided to disband the Supreme Military Council and refer its members to the government's financial and administration committee for investigation".
Brigadier General Abdelilah al-Bashir, the FSA's chief-of-staff, is also being fired in the purge, the opposition government said in an announcement posted on Facebook.
It urged "revolutionary forces on the ground" to form a new defence council within a month and to carry out a thorough shake-up of the FSA's command structure.
The exiled government's move came after the White House on Thursday said it would ask Congress to approve new funding to train and equip "the moderate Syrian opposition".
The funding request came in response to the rapid gains of the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Shams (Isis) in northern Iraq, where it is fighting against Nouri al-Maliki's Shia-led government.......

The only winners of the US created turmoil in the Middle East = Kurds

The various pieces of land on the borders of Iran, Iraq, Syria and Turkey where Kurds are in the majority, may at long last  become one long buffer country for the Kurds  who have been fighting for their own homeland. However, within the Kurds themselves there are several divisions. Hopefully, they will bury those and get on with the business of consolidating all the autonomous regions they hold ... otherwise expect the turmoil there to get even more exciting.

Dennis J Bernstein writing at ConsortiumNews:
....Iraqi Chaos May Give Kurds a State.
As Iraq unravels amid Sunni-Shiite sectarian warfare, the chances have increased that the relatively peaceful and prosperous Kurdish autonomous region in northern Iraq may break off and form an independent Kurdish state, a long-treasured dream of the Kurdish people who also inhabit parts of Iran, Turkey and Syria.
Kurdish and Middle East Scholar Edmund Ghareeb believes this possibility could be the major story emerging from the chaos unfolding across Iraq and Syria. Ghareeb spoke with Dennis J Bernstein on Pacifica Radio’s Flashpoints show. A scholar at American University in Washington, he has written extensively about the Kurdish movement.

DB: You said today “The 21st Century is likely to be the Kurdish Century in the Middle East. There is both great opportunity, right now for the Kurds, perhaps the greatest in recent history, and serious threats.”

EG: Well, the Kurds are going to be a major player, whatever happens in Iraq. To a certain extent a great deal will depend on what kind of a stand do the Kurds take in this vicious, fierce fighting that’s taking place between the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant … that’s taking the fighting in Iraq. …

But for the Kurds, I think there are three major forces. Of course, there is the [Iraqi] government, there are the forces of the Islamic State and its allies. And there are the Kurdish forces. The Kurdish have in the last two decades, established their own autonomous region. They have established a secure region, compared to what’s been going on in Iraq. Their economy is thriving. They have their own pesh mergas, … their own military force. And so they have an effective military force in Iraq.

And they have recently taken over the city of Kirkuk, which they had been claiming for quite a while. Kirkuk is a very important city, for a variety of reasons. For instance, [it is] one of the more cosmopolitan cities in Iraq, it used to have, and to a certain extent still does [have] many different ethnic and religious communities. But, what makes Kirkuk very important, one, is that it is the center for the northern fields … Iraqi oil fields. And before the discovery of the oil fields in the south, that was Iraq’s main oil field.

And there are probably, still today, somewhere between 17% and 20% of Iraq’s oil is in that area. The Kurds have claimed this, as their own Jerusalem, in a sense. The Turkoman, another ethnic community, which at one time, used to be protected by Turkey and used to look to the Turkish government for support also claimed Kirkuk as have Arabs.

So as a result of this, you have now the control of this area by the Kurds, as well as the important, the disputed areas, in other parts of Iraq. ...........

The evil incarnate of BBC's star Jimmy Savile

There must have been hundreds of BBC employees who knew what was going on and by preferring to keep their cushy jobs they remained silent and thus culpable in the terrible abuse that went on for decades and involved hundreds of children.

Terrence McCoy writing at WashingtonPost:
....Jimmy Savile was never a handsome man. His face, even in his early days at the BBC, was all sharp edges — the hook of his nose, the jagged-tooth grin, the boggle-eyed look of eccentricity, humor and derangement. At times, he seemed almost make believe. He had platinum hair. A fat cigar perpetually hung out of his mouth. He seemed to communicate exclusively in catchphrases: “now then, now then,” “howzabout that then,” “as it ‘appens.” The kids just loved his gags.

There was always something off about Savile, who hosted the BBC’s “Jim’ll Fix it,” palled around with the royal family, reportedly spent holidays with the Thatchers and was knighted not only by Queen Elizabeth but by Pope John Paul II. But most forgave his idiosyncratic nature. He was, after all, a great man. He raised $5.2 million for a hospital in Leeds, one of the United Kingdom’s largest. He volunteered countless hours as a hospital aide, busing patients to and fro. He helped scores of young doctors get their starts.

Sure, there were rumors. Whispers that he wasn’t everything he seemed. Murmurs he was really a sexual predator and had abused dozens of children. But they never stuck. Not Jimmy Savile, people told themselves — not “fix-it Jim.”

On October 29, 2011, Savile died at his home in Leeds. “Most of all, I remember him as just a totally flamboyant, over-the-top, larger-than-life character,” radio presenter David Hamilton told the Guardian, praising his “tireless” philanthropy. “And as he was on the air, he was just the same off.”

But he wasn’t. And just how wrong that assessment was emerged this month..........

World War One .... Episode 6: Breaking the Deadlock

Why is the New York Times making the case that the ISIL/ISIS terrorist army is a big deal?

What ulterior motives does the NY Times and the gang of crooks within those walls have in mind now?  Yup  .... we all know, don't we?   The case is being made, slowly but surely, subtly or not, that the USA should go into Iraq again. Yup!

I don't believe the info as shown on the maps the NY Times has published. And, even if true, is it difficult to take over large swaths of empty desert areas if there are hardly any inhabitants there and only cowards manning the borders?  Most of the landscape of both Syria and Iraq  and for that matter, the entire Middle East and Africa, have vast sandy areas as far as the eye can see.  What is ISIS/ISIL going to do laying claim to these wastelands? Are they laying oil and gas pipelines under those sands?  If so, then that's proof that the terrorist army is under Western control, isn't it?  Any which way you look at the situation unfolding in the Middle East, the mark of evil is stamped on it ... big time.

We out here in our desert-less countries look in awe at the maps as shown to us by our Western media without realizing that the areas shown as being under terrorist control are probably just sand dunes.
Don't be mislead by the NY Times and our media.

From NY Times:
The Iraq-ISIS Conflict in Maps, Photos and Video
A visual guide to the crisis in northern Iraq
Having occupied crucial sections of Syria over the past year and more recently seizing vast areas of Iraq, the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria controls territory greater than many countries and now rivals Al Qaeda as the world’s most powerful jihadist group. The group seized Iraq’s second largest city, Mosul, on June .........

"We are very prepared ......"

America just won't let countries  sort out their own upheavals in their own good time without  incessantly meddling in everybody's affairs.
These are clearly the dying days of a great nation.  Rome didn't die in a day, just like it was not built in a day.  I think America's decline started with the unnecessary wars she started fighting on behalf of others.  I think the decline started with the Vietnam war.
The excuse now for re-entering Iraq is that ISIL/ISIS is a threat to the USA as well. How?  Will that terrorist army commandeer one of America's naval floating cities and come land in New York harbor ?

From CNN:
.....Armed American drones,  both manned and unmanned, started flying over Baghdad in the previous 24 hours to provide additional protection for 180 U.S. military advisers in the area, U.S. officials confirmed to CNN. Until now, U.S. officials had said all drone reconnaissance flights over Iraq were unarmed.

The drones will not go after ISIS targets, but the Pentagon says it is prepared to take military action against the militant group, known as both the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS), and the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).

"We have more than 30,000 troops in the Middle East as a matter of course. We're very prepared should the President decide that he wants to take action through air strikes or other kinetic action against ISIL," Pentagon Press Secretary Rear Adm. John Kirby told CNN's "The Lead with Jake Tapper."

"Clearly they're a regional threat, and clearly they're a threat to our own national security," said Kirby. "But the goal right now ... is to provide some assessments, get us more information about what's going on there."........

Pro-Saudi Wahhabist terrorist army getting closer to Baghdad

This might be just propaganda.  I am at that point where one does not believe anything one reads.

ISIS/ISIL within mortar attack of  Baghdad
From ShafaaqIraq:
...A number of people were wounded in a mortar attack north of the capital,  A security source reported in Baghdad province on Saturday.
The source said in an interview with "Shafaq News", that “ a number of mortar shells fell on houses this morning in Sabee al-Bour area northern Baghdad, wounding six people who were taken down to the hospital for treatment”.......

Iraqi "SWAT" team takes out one of many scummy leaders
From ShafaaqIraq:
....The police chief of Diyala province, Major General Jamil al-Shammari said on Saturday that a leader in "Naqshbandi " organization and five of his assistances
were killed in clashes with the special task forces northeast of Baquba city.
The leader of the former Vice President , Izzat al-Duri has organized an armed group called " Men Naqshbandi Army “ which is active in Anbar, Diyala and Salahuddin provinces”.
“The task forces of "SWAT" clashed this morning in the outskirts of Mansuriyya sub-district (45 km north-east of Baquba) with the militants that "Naqshbandi organization,"where it has killed the leader in the organization called , Khalid Ibrahim with five of his assistance elements,” Al-Shammari said in an interview with "Shafaq News”.
He added that those forces continue to track down militants of the organization to cleanse these areas of them and those allied with them from the rest of the groups......

So ... what's happening in the civil war in Ukraine ???

Lots of torn bodies which make for war porn for warmongers and for the viewing pleasure of the architects of wars. The ghouls who go about starting wars for oil and gas and geo-political borders are having a grand old time. It's like being on a permanent Viagra high for these monsters.
Sadly, Canada is also involved in this horrific mess because of the support our ex-superstar Stephen Harper and his gang gave/giving/will continue to give to the USA's regime changers and bringers of "democracy" ... their kind of democracy.

From LifeNews (Google translation below)
....According to LifeNews, the fighting in Ukraine a few shells, flew abroad, entered the territory of Russia. Ukrainian military munitions were once in two villages of the Rostov region.

According to preliminary data, one shell struck the gate of a private house in the street Gukovo Smirnov. Another projectile allegedly mortar exploded in the village Vasetskaya Krasnosulinsky district, leaving crater with a diameter of 40 to 30 centimeters.Shooting from Ukraine lasted from 8 to 10 am Moscow time - said a law enforcement source Rostov region. - Projectile supposedly mortar hit the territory of the farm Vaseckiy. He broke into pieces. Remained funnel depth of 20 centimeters, a diameter of 30 by 40 centimeters. On-site work task force. In fragments visually difficult to determine what was the ammo.

According to law enforcement, victims and victims among the civilian population is not. This is not the first case when the shells fall from the Ukraine to the Russian territory. June 6 in  the hostilities  in Donetsk People's Republic near the border crossing Marinovka  several shells flew over the border of Ukraine  and exploded in Russia....

G.Edward Griffin on Collectivism

Worth listening to.  Most of what he talks about is something we have been experiencing all along without pinpointing it to be so.

Who is G.Edward Griffin?
Well .... the website where you and me and every Tom, Dick, Harry, Jane, Mary and Mohammad can register to edit anything and everything they want, in the very first sentence wants to tell pretty subtly that you are somewhat stupid to waste your time looking to see more on G.Edward Griffin..... because Wikipedia starts with this:
G. Edward Griffin (born November 7, 1931) is an American conspiracy theorist,[1] film producer, author, and political lecturer.....

That start itself should tell people who are not complete idiots, that the powers-that-be have oiled the wheels of their disinformation and misinformation machines to the very fullest when it comes to people who might make us think for ourselves.

Monsters from pro-Saudi wahabism terrorist army behead children in Shia villages of Bashir and Tuz and rape their mothers

These are the "moderate" Muslims that the USA and her allies in the Middle East are dancing a deadly tango with which will bring on the same fate on themselves that they have decreed on others.

From IraqiNews:
.....ISIL beheaded infants, raped women and recorded their atrocities on film

An organization entrusted with monitoring genocide revealed that members of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria or ISIS, beheaded babies and filmed acts of rape against women during the storming of the regions of Bashir and Tuz. The organization considered the atrocities in the two regions to meet the legal definition of genocide or crimes against humanity. It called on the United Nations and the International Criminal Court to investigate.

The organization said “there is a national grassroots campaign to include acts of violence in Iraq as crimes of genocide.” In a report cited by Al Sumariya, it was disclosed that “on the 12th and 13th of June, armed groups stormed the village of Bashir which is located in the south of Kirkuk and four villages in Taza Khurmatu, armed with the latest weaponry as well as military vehicles seized after clashes with the Iraqi army.”

The organization added that “those groups began immediately committing serious human rights violations which can be described as crimes against humanity and genocide according to the provisions of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide of 1948,” noting that “women and children bore the largest share of such violations because they could not escape, however men managed to escape into Taza Khurmatu, fearing from the oppression terrorists.”

The organization said that “gunmen crucified men and women after killing them with electricity. Among those cases were a ten-year-old child according to reports from witnesses and local sources of the campaign,” pointing out that “one of the most heinous crimes was the breaking into a house and slaughtering the entire family, including about five babies who were beheaded.”

The Libya that was and the USA-led NATO created Utopia of today

There are all kind of bullies. You have seen them in schools and you have seen them as bosses ... but the ones who do the maximum damage are the bullies found in  NATO under the guardianship of the USA.
It saddens me that Canada had joined the crooks of NATO in this terrible mistake.  Hopefully, the next Prime Minister of Canada will not be a warmongering, regime changer, coup enabler like the ex-superstar Stephen Harper.

In the last few days, many of the Muslim conspirators (traitors) who aligned with the USA and NATO in Iraq and in Libya have been targeted.  I can't say I feel sorry for them.  You can't invite outsiders to come bomb your own people .... no matter how bad it is internally in your country, one has to try to make it better instead of relying on outside forces which often prove to be nothing but malignant towards your country.

Eric Draitser writing at NewEasternOutlook:
....More than three years after the US and its NATO allies unleashed an “intervention” and regime change in Libya, the US establishment admits they maybe have “got it wrong.” Naturally, there were many of us who were demonized endlessly for speaking out against that war, and against all those politicians, analysts, and “activists” on the left and right, who championed the “humanitarianism” of waging war on Libya. We were attacked as “soft on dictators,” “conspiracy theorists,” and “anti-Americans.” And yet, today it is our voices that still proclaim loudly the immorality and illegality of that war. Thankfully, it seems the establishment is beginning to hear us.

One of the most highly regarded politico-academic institutions in the US – the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University – has issued a report which undermines the established narrative of the war in Libya, laying bare the cold, hard reality of what Libya was at the outset of the war, what really happened in the early days, and what Libya has become today. Of course, responsibility for the tragic and lasting effects of that war should be laid at the feet of Obama, Cameron, Sarkozy, and the other participants, in addition to those media outlets and NGOs that deliberately spread lies about the reality on the ground in Libya. All must be held accountable.

The recent report, which is actually almost a year old, was written by Dr. Alan Kuperman, Associate Professor of Public Affairs at the University of Texas, Austin. Dr. Kuperman attempts to shed light on some of the key aspects of disinformation before and during the war in Libya. These important findings contradict every single justification for that war, from the lies and distortions of Samantha Power, Susan Rice, and Hillary Clinton, to the deluge of propaganda from so-called NGOs such as Human rights Watch and Amnesty International. By examining the obfuscations and outright lies told by these individuals and organs of soft power, Dr. Kuperman makes it quite clear that, just as with Iraq, the people of the United States (and much of the world) have been lied into yet another war.

One of the principal lies told about Libya and Gaddafi was the totally unsubstantiated claim of “massacres” by Gaddafi forces in Benghazi and a few other cities. This claim, perpetrated by Human Rights Watch among others, was repeated ad nauseam by every major media outlet. As Dr. Kuperman writes:
Contrary to Western media reports, Qaddafi did not initiate Libya’s violence by targeting peaceful protesters. The United Nations and Amnesty International have documented that in all four Libyan cities initially consumed by civil conflict in mid-February 2011—Benghazi, Al Bayda, Tripoli, and Misurata—violence was actually initiated by the protesters. The government responded to the rebels militarily but never intentionally targeted civilians or resorted to “indiscriminate” force, as Western media clai med. Early press accounts exaggerated the death toll by a factor of ten, citing “more than 2,000 deaths” in Benghazi during the initial days of the uprising, whereas Human Rights Watch (HRW) later documented only 233 deaths across all of Libya in that period.

These are indeed significant facts that merit further examination as they completely contradict the standard narrative of the war in Libya and, most importantly, the justifications for it. First and foremost is the question of who initiated violence. The talking points in Western media all through early 2011 held that Gaddafi was “murdering his own people,” and that this justified a humanitarian intervention, to “help the people of Benghazi.” However, the hitherto suppressed truth is that it was the violent “protesters” (who should rightly be referred to as terrorists within the protests) who actually initiated the violence, using protesters as human shields........

Jon Lee Anderson writing at the NewYorker:
....On June 25th, in the eastern Libyan city of Benghazi, the lawyer and democracy activist Salwa Bugaighis was killed, bringing despair to those who knew her. Bugaighis, a bright, funny, courageous woman, fifty years old, was fighting for a democratic, open society. Along with her husband, Issam, and her sister Iman, she was at the forefront of the uprising against Muammar Qaddafi; later, she sat on the hastily declared transitional council that sought to bring order to the excited anarchy that followed Qaddafi’s fall.

As that anarchy turned to bedlam, Bugaighis worked to reconcile Libya’s feuding groups—even as her life was threatened, and as other critics of the militias were murdered. She had been spending time abroad, because of such threats, but came home for the elections.Yesterday, just after she returned from voting in parliamentary elections, gunmen surprised her at her house and shot her to death. Issam, who was abducted in the incident, is still missing. A Libyan friend of Bugaighis told me, “I am shocked beyond words. Sometimes I think that we just fucked up by removing Qaddafi—that I would rather live under a dictator and not worry about the safety of my family.”.............................

Iraq news .... June 27

ISIS has started a Twitter hashtag #CalamityWillBefallUS and has sent out a notification to all their murderers and sympathizers of murderers and beheaders, requesting that they use the hashtag to threaten and intimidate Americans.  I like visiting the hashtag and belittling the scum found there.

....ISIS launches English-Language multimedia  project 'Al-Hayat'
The jihadist terror group Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS) has excelled compared to similar groups in its use of online social media to attract younger, Western minds to its apocalyptic philosophy and culture of death. It is now ramping up this initiative with a multimedia project targeting Westerners called 'Al-Hayat Media.'
While Al-Hayat was officially launched in April, the media offensive has ramped up in recent weeks as ISIS has gained ground in Iraq and threatens to surround its capital, Baghdad. According to MEMRI, the media offensive began with the launching of a now-infamous English language video titled "There is No Life Without Jihad," in which Western jihadists explain why they chose to leave their home countries and fight for ISIS..........

....Iraq violence: UN confirms more than 2,000 killed, injured since early June
More than 1,000 people were killed in Iraq, and another 1,000 injured in the two weeks since the group known as the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL/ISIS) and its allies began to sweep across the country, the United Nations today confirmed, stressing that those figures should be viewed “very much as a minimum.”

According to the human rights team at the UN Assistance Mission in Iraq (UNAMI), at least 757 civilians were killed and 599 injured in Nineveh and Salah al-Din provinces, north of Baghdad, and Diyala, in the east, between 5 and 22 June.
“This figure – which should be viewed very much as a minimum – includes a number of verified summary executions and extra-judicial killings of civilians, police, and soldiers who were hors combat,” Rupert Colville, spokesperson for the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), told journalists in Geneva..........

From Breitbart:
...The Islamic State of Syria and Sham  (ISIS) and their Sunni tribal allies reached the strategic Mahmudiyah district southwest of Baghdad in large numbers on June 26th.
Kurdish officials said that militants had seized the towns of Iskandariyah and Mahmudiyah. The depleted Iraqi Army 17th Division is still fighting in the area, but it lacks air support and armored vehicles. Since Mahmudiyah district controls the key supply routes linking Baghdad with the Shiite majority in the south, more Iraqi Army units will have to be pulled back from fighting in the north.
According to reports by Stratfor Global Intelligence, unnamed Iraqi defense officials admit that seven divisions, half of the Iraqi army prior to the fall of Mosul, have been defeated or given up the fight. Large numbers of mostly Shiite Muslims have volunteered, but they lack training and experience.......

Cracker Barrel fires employee for being human

These eating places would rather that good food is thrown out in the dump but not given to the homeless and the hungry.
Our brave new world!

From CBS:
A gesture of kindness cost a 73-year-old veteran his job at a Venice Cracker Barrel, reports WWSB-TV.
Joe Koblenzer has been working for three years as greeter for the restaurant. “It’s a fun job; a job really suited to me,” he told the station.
When a man who looked like he was homeless came by two weeks ago, Koblenzer didn’t think twice about helping him. “He looked a little needy,” said Koblenzer. “He asked if I had any mayonnaise and some tarter sauce. He said he was going to cook a fish.”
Koblenzer didn’t hesitate to help the man, bringing him tarter sauce packets. “I got it for him. As I walked out I put a corn muffin in.”
He thought the good deed was done, until his manager asked to speak to Koblenzer in the office. “The General Manager called me in and said he had some bad news for me. Joe we are going to have to let you go.”
Koblenzer admits it was his third strike. Two years ago he was written up for getting a fountain drink on the job and a second time he gave a cup of coffee to woman, though Koblenzer insists she paid for it.
Koblenzer says he’s not angry. “It’s a rule. They legally can do this because I did break the rule. I completely forgot about it. I am a host at Cracker Barrel with a little above minimum wage job.”
He says he’s sad and he misses the coworkers and customers he’s gotten to know. He even earned the maximum amount of stars on his apron for performance achievement and responsibility. “You know what? At 73, I was really proud of doing this. I was really proud of getting those stars.”.........

Snakes and Bees can do to Boko Haram what the ineffectual Nigerian army cannot

Secret weapons.
Snakes and Bees are driving some of the killers from the forests into the arms of the military.

Oliver Becker writing at VICE:
....Snakes and Bees  Are Driving Boko Haram Out of the Forest

Boko Haram militants have fled from deep within the Nigerian forest in the northeast of the country, after incessant snake bites and bee stings became too much for them to bear, according to local media reports.

Two suspected Boko Haram fighters were captured by the Nigerian civilian JTF army after they fled from the Sambisa Forest, in Borno State. The gunmen reportedly said they were being attacked by mystical bees and snakes that had already killed many other insurgents.

“We decided to flee when almost all our comrades are leaving the Sambisa because of constant attacks by snakes and bees, which we were told was as a result of Chibok abducted schoolgirls,” one of the two militants told Nigerian newspaper, the Vanguard.

Apparently, bees and snakes are feared by Boko Haram fighters, as they are known to cause fatal injuries or make people disappear. It is also believed the bites and stings are in retaliation for the group's civilian kidnappings and killings in the surrounding region.

“We were told that the aggrieved people who had suffered from our deadly mission, including the ghosts of some of those we killed, are the ones turning into the snake and bees,” added another militant.......

Lookee, lookee folks... Saudi Arabia wants the world to think their very own terrorist army presently in Iraq is gonna come for them next

Hope it happens, but IMO this is camouflage to make us think that they have nothing to do with the terrorist army marching in Iraq. Too late for that dear scummy Saudi Arabia.  The thinking world knows you are one of the main culprits of all the turmoil in the Middle East. Moreover, the thinking world knows about the bribes you distribute to the Western schools, universities, politicians and every traitor you can find in the West.

From PressTV Iran:
...Saudi Arabia’s King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud has ordered the country’s security forces to go on a state of high alert due to what he calls a ‘turbulent situation’ in the region.

King Abdullah issued the order in a “top secret” letter addressed to the kingdom’s security and intelligence chiefs as well as the ministers of defense and interior.

A copy of the letter, dated June 27, 2012, has been obtained by Press TV.

The decree, calling for preparation against “foreign or terrorist attacks,” warns the Saudi security forces against any negligence in following the order.

The Saudi Defense Ministry consequently put all armed forces on high alert, saying all the forces inside and outside of the kingdom were ready to take part in an operation dubbed as “al-Farouq.”...........

Mexican military helicopter shooting at USA border guards makes hardly any news ....

perhaps because the mighty USA has bigger fish to fry in Syria (Assad) and in Iraq (Maliki).

Americans have tonnes of trouble going on in each and every State of the country but they still don't have the sense to quell their thirst for meddling in other countries' affairs and for shedding blood in countries far away from their shores. America's economy is teetering on the brink of no return and no matter how many band aids the country keeps sticking on that perpetually weeping wound, there is no fix.
It will be sad to see America becoming just like one of the South American countries.  Really sad. Already, in three of the States .... Arizona, Florida and California .... one has to strain one's ears when travelling in public transport, to catch someone speaking in anything but Spanish.  English America is a thing of the past.  Rich, powerful America is also on the way out.

Victor Keith writing at AmericanThinker
....With emphasis on the massive new waves of illegal immigrants, many of them unaccompanied children, flowing into our border states, it often gets lost that there is even a more troubling threat from south of the border.  A report from News 4  in Tucson, Arizona indicates that the incidents of American citizens and Border Patrolmen being confronted, and even assaulted, by armed Mexican soldiers on U.S. territory is neither rare nor accidental.  These stories include Border Patrolmen being held at gunpoint by Mexican soldiers with automatic weapons, a citizen’s ranch being invaded by troops brought in by Mexican Army helicopters, and even a U.S. citizen being shot.  The wounded American is still looking for justice as he faces over $40,000 in hospital bills from his injuries.  The rancher said the FBI investigated, but he has heard nothing more from them, and the U.S. government only says the government of Mexico is “looking into it.”

When asked, the Mexican Army simply says they “got lost” looking for drug dealers.  More likely, either they are looking to rob drug dealers or they are the narco-traffickers themselves.  While these deliberate armed violations of our sovereignty by representatives of the Mexican government are ignored by Washington, D.C., our own former Marine, Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi, still rots in a Mexican jail for the crime of making a wrong turn.  When President Obama recently spoke on the telephone with his Mexican counterpart about the recent crisis with immigrants coming through his country to ours, the president did not see fit to even bring up the subject of Sgt. Tahmooressi.  Perhaps if Tahmooressi were a deserter who may have collaborated with enemies of our country, the president would have found him more worth saving........

Wanna see the hell that has been unleashed on Christians in Iraq after the destructions of Christians in Syria by the USA and her allies?

Christians who are in bed with Obama and his gang and their allies in the Middle East should shake themselves awake and smell the coffee.  Know your enemies before it's too late.... unless you are perfectly fine and dandy seeing Christians killed and persecuted and don't give a damn about the Christian exodus from Muslim lands.

Richard Spencer writing at TelegraphUK:
...Captain Firaz Jacob knows he may well be mounting a last stand at the frontiers of the Christian settlement of Bartella on the outskirts of Mosul.
Less than a mile down the road are the jihadists of Isis, the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham, and the portly, middle-aged Mr Jacob is aware that his home-grown militia are outnumbered.
“I stand here waiting for my destiny,” he said, as he stood this week by the last check-point on the road to Mosul and the black flags waiting in the desert.
Speaking of why he and his men were refusing to give up and go, Capt Jacob said was determined to resist the jihadists and their allies, who last week over-ran most of the rest of northern Iraq.
“We will stay here despite everything,” he announced. “All these armed groups we have seen, but nevertheless we will remain. We love our Christian way of life, we love our churches and we love our community.”
Between the Sunni and Shia Arabs of Iraq lie a patchwork quilt of other ethnic groups and faiths, many of whom have been reconsidering their future in the most obvious possible way since the allied invasion a decade ago unleashed the sectarian militias and their death squads.
Anywhere between half and three quarters of Iraq’s Christians - Chaldean Catholics, Syriac Orthodox, and the rest - have left the country and the Middle East to start new lives abroad since 2003.
The town of Bartella, ten miles from Mosul, is largely Assyrian Orthodox, and its 16,000 citizens currently face a very vivid incarnation of an ever-present threat. They have been car-bombed at least twice in recent years, but this time their presumed adversaries have an army.
In Biblical times, the Assyrians were the imperial rulers of Ninevah, in which province Mosul still sits today.........

Philip Jenkins writing at Aleteia:
....The Fall of Mosul.
For anyone who cares about Christian history, it’s like the end of the world.  On June 10, the city of Mosul fell to the forces of ISIS, the extremist Islamic State of Iraq and al-Shams. Politically, this is a catastrophe for American hopes of preserving the settlement they had uneasily imposed on the region, while a humanitarian catastrophe looms. Particularly hard hit are the region’s Christians, who have no wish to live under jihadi rule. A heartbreaking story in the The Telegraph recently headlined “Iraq's beleaguered Christians make final stand on the Mosul frontline.”...............

The quest for Tony Blair's head gets underway

If only he's dragged to The Hague, that will give many of us some satisfaction. If that was possible, it would have happened long ago.  It hasn't happened and won't happen because our world is controlled by evil individuals of the same ilk as Tony Blair.

Nicholas Watt writing at TheGuardianUK:
.....A group of former British ambassadors  have joined a campaign calling for Tony Blair to be removed from his role as Middle East envoy after his recent attempt to "absolve himself" of responsibility for the crisis in Iraq.

The letter, organised by the makers of George Galloway's film The Killing of Tony Blair, says the 2003 invasion of Iraq was to blame for the rise of "fundamentalist terrorism in a land where none existed previously".

The signatories, led by Blair's former ambassador to Iran Sir Richard Dalton, describe the former prime minister's achievements as Middle East envoy as "negligible".

Other former diplomats to sign the letter are Oliver Miles, who was ambassador to Libya when diplomatic relations were severed in 1984 after the killing of WPC Yvonne Fletcher, and Christopher Long, ambassador to Egypt between 1992-95.

Other signatories include former London mayor Ken Livingstone, the human rights barrister Michael Mansfield QC, the former Liberal Democrat peer Lady Tonge – who resigned her party's whip in 2012 after declaring that Israel would not last forever – the former Tory prisons minister Crispin Blunt, George Galloway, the Green MP Caroline Lucas and the Daily Telegraph columnist Peter Oborne...........

New York Times labels conscientious Catholic clerics "noisy group"

Just what one would expect to see from the anti-Christian New York Times.
Wonder how the journalist-cum-mind reader knows that the "flock" is not in step with what Fr.Andriy said.  Did the New York Times send out their pollsters to the members of the priest's congregation to come to that conclusion?

In my opinion, and in the opinion of most decent folks I have come across, European countries were the first to make films and other materials on pedophilia and homosexuality... so YES, the statement Father Andriy made about Europe is spot on.

Andrew Higgins writing at NYTimes:
.....In a zealously nationalist region of Ukraine  that clamors to join Europe and bubbles with suspicion toward Russia, Father Andriy, a preacher at Our Lady of Everlasting Succor church, was defiantly out of step with the mood of his flock.

The European Union, he explained after a Sunday service, is an “empire of evil” committed to defying the word of God and to spreading homosexuality and pedophilia. As for antigovernment protesters who toppled President Viktor F. Yanukovych and are praised as heroes in this western corner of Ukraine, the priest sees only “Godless deviants” and “fools” who are “in the pay of hostile foreign powers.”

Such views, espoused by a small but noisy group of fundamentalist Catholic clerics in western Ukraine, are commonplace among the clergy of the Russian Orthodox Church and its Ukrainian affiliate, whose Moscow-based patriarch is a firm ally of President Vladimir V. Putin.

But they are remote from the traditional leanings of what is by far the largest religious denomination in western Ukraine, the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church. So much so, in fact, that many here suspect a Russian-backed maneuver to destroy a vital wellspring of Ukrainian nationalis.

The consequences of the deadly blueprint mapped out by the powers-that-be

Time for the Western governments to build more mosques and give more incentives to imams and mullahs to conduct their 5-times a day intensive brainwashing of the young Muslim immigrants. What could go wrong, eh?  At the very most (and as desirable by the powers-that-be) they will be inducted in terrorist armies that fight on our governments' behalf  in Muslim countries overseas or failing that they might blow themselves up in the Western countries themselves ... if the latter happens, it's all collateral damage, my dear Watson. Relax!

If my theory above is harebrained,  can anyone give a logical reason why our governments continue to import Muslim families?

From TheGuardianUK:
....Last week the Islamist militant  group Isis released a recruiting video featuring three young British men. One of them was Reyaad Khan, a 20-year-old from Cardiff. The Guardian has obtained exclusive footage of an interview with Khan, filmed in 2010 before he left to fight in Syria. He argues the government wasted resources on "illegal wars" and said more money ought to be spent on young people to help prevent them being led down the "wrong path"

Is America's CIA the mastermind behind the terrorist mayhem in Iraq?

I wouldn't put it past them.  The CIA and FBI and other covert operations are prime suspects in the murder of their own president JFK and then finding a scapegoat in the form of  an unhinged and unstable individual to take the blame.  If they could do that,  the handling of the terrorist army in Iraq is a piece of cake for them ... if they are behind it.  The more we look at what's happening the more one has to wonder how it could have been possible for such large groups of terrorists from several directions of Syria to converge and proceed as one unit  into the Iraqi regions without a single satellite from all those thousands of USA satellites up there above the clouds mapping everybody's every move.  Moreover, USA's special friends in the region ... Israel and Saudi Arabia... not knowing anything about the movement until it happened.  Hard to believe, eh?
Another mystery like the missing plane?

William Engdahl writes at RT:
ISIS in Iraq stinks of CIA/NATO ‘dirty war’ op

For days now, since their dramatic June 10 taking of Mosul, Western mainstream media have been filled with horror stories of the military conquests in Iraq of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, with the curious acronym ISIS.

ISIS, as in the ancient Egyptian cult of the goddess of fertility and magic. The media picture being presented adds up less and less.

Details leaking out suggest that ISIS and the major military ‘surge’ in Iraq - and less so in neighboring Syria - is being shaped and controlled out of Langley, Virginia, and other CIA and Pentagon outposts as the next stage in spreading chaos in the world’s second-largest oil state, Iraq, as well as weakening the recent Syrian stabilization efforts.

Strange facts
The very details of the ISIS military success in the key Iraqi oil center, Mosul, are suspect. According to well-informed Iraqi journalists, ISIS overran the strategic Mosul region, site of some of the world’s most prolific oilfields, with barely a shot fired in resistance. According to one report, residents of Tikrit reported remarkable displays of “soldiers handing over their weapons and uniforms peacefully to militants who ordinarily would have been expected to kill government soldiers on the spot.”

We are told that ISIS masked psychopaths captured “arms and ammunition from the fleeing security forces” - arms and ammunition supplied by the American government. The offensive coincides with a successful campaign by ISIS in eastern Syria. According to Iraqi journalists, Sunni tribal chiefs in the region had been convinced to side with ISIS against the Shiite Al-Maliki government in Baghdad. They were promised a better deal under ISIS Sunni Sharia than with Baghdad anti-Sunni rule.

According to the New York Times, the mastermind behind the ISIS military success is former Baath Party head and Saddam Hussein successor, General Ibrahim al-Douri. Douri is reportedly the head of the Iraqi rebel group Army of the Men of the Naqshbandi Order as well as the Supreme Command for Jihad and Liberation based on his longstanding positions of leadership in the Naqshbandi sect in Iraq.

In 2009, US ‘Iraqi surge’ General David Petraeus, at the time heading the US Central Command, claimed to reporters that Douri was in Syria. Iraqi parliamentarians claimed he was in Qatar. The curious fact is that despite being on the US most wanted list since 2003, Douri has miraculously managed to avoid capture and now to return with a vengeance to retake huge parts of Sunni Iraq. Luck or well-placed friends in Washington?

The financial backing for ISIS jihadists reportedly also comes from three of the closest US allies in the Sunni world—Kuwait, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

US passports?
Key members of ISIS it now emerges were trained by US CIA and Special Forces command at a secret camp in Jordan in 2012, according to informed Jordanian officials. The US, Turkish and Jordanian intelligence were running a training base for the Syrian rebels in the Jordanian town of Safawi in the country’s northern desert region, conveniently near the borders to both Syria and Iraq. Saudi Arabia and Qatar, the two Gulf monarchies most involved in funding the war against Syria’s Assad, financed the Jordan ISIS training..........
