Sabhi (Alex) Bakir, facing 65 charges following an investigation into Big 3 Pre-Owned Auto Sales, is supposed to be back from Tunisia in northern Africa by May 16. He’s going to visit his father, who he says is sick.

It’s a slap in the face.”

Co-accused Jamal Hazime, now facing 70 charges, received the court’s permission for an eight-day trip to Lebanon in October. Hazime claimed his mother was sick. He’s still gone. Trials for both men have yet to begin.
