Muslim crime wave in Canada .... Part XV


152) Sandra Saccucci Zafar and Diana al Masalkhi ... A lengthy undercover investigation has ended with the arrest of a Windsor lawyer who allegedly told people seeking refugee status to lie so they could get into Canada.....
....Windsor RCMP said the investigation lasted two months. It began after they heard that lawyer Sandra Zaher and her assistant, Diana Al-Masalkhi, were telling people to make refugee claims to the Immigration and Refugee Board based on fraudulent stories...

153) Kassou Hammou Khales ... It is only once back in Montreal that the accused asks his wife. She vigorously denies. She swears it was "pure" at the time of their marriage. He does not believe her.


Every night for almost two months, accused of torture to force him to confess: third degree burns to the vagina using a pin used to cook chicken shish Taouk, other burns with a heated skillet on the stove, multiple punches and stab wounds."....

154) 20-year old Ali Madadgar, of Edmonton, has been charged According to the club's owner, a man inside the club was removed hours before the shooting for trying to cause trouble with other patrons, but he refused to leave.

Staff dialed 911 twice prior to the shooting. Some time after 2 a.m., the owner said a group of four men allegedly opened fire from a white or silver vehicle in the club's parking lot. On Tuesday, the EPS tactical section arrested the man without incident at a vehicle stop in southeast Edmonton. Ali Madadgar has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault, along with a handful of firearm offences.

155) Not 100% sure if Nemet is a muslim name .... ...Mihalj Nemet, 59,   pleaded guilty to first-degree murder Wednesday, admitting he stabbed his wife to death on March 11, 2011, in her townhouse. He stabbed Tinde again and again in front of two of their children because she dared to defy him after years of enduring his controlling behaviour, verbal and physical abuse. .....

156) A man charged in a massive fraud probe is heading to Africa with the court’s blessing — six months after his alleged partner in crime was allowed a similar short trip to Lebanon and never returned. Sabhi (Alex) Bakir, facing 65 charges following an investigation into Big 3 Pre-Owned Auto Sales, is supposed to be back from Tunisia in northern Africa by May 16. He’s going to visit his father, who he says is sick.

“I don’t understand the Canadian justice system, I really don’t,” said victim Jen St. Jean, wiping away tears with a Kleenex. “It’s sickening. I just hope they can stand behind their decision at the end of the day on May 16, when he does not return. The first guy walked. Why would they let the second guy go? I don’t understand it. It’s a slap in the face.”

Co-accused Jamal Hazime, now facing 70 charges, received the court’s permission for an eight-day trip to Lebanon in October. Hazime claimed his mother was sick. He’s still gone. Trials for both men have yet to begin......

157) Ottawa university professor Hassan Diab has been ordered extradited to France.....

....The Lebanese-born sociology professor is a suspect in the 1980 terrorist bombing of a synagogue in central Paris in which four passers by were killed and many others — inside and outside the synagogue — were injured.....

158) A Vancouver notary public is being accused of running a Ponzi scheme that bilked 218 investors of $83 million.

The B.C. Securities Commission issued a news release Wednesday saying Rashida Samji promised returns of 12 to 30 per cent a year if investors placed their money in her notary trust account.

The money was to be used as collateral for investments by Mission Hill Winery in Kelowna.

But the commission alleges Samji put the money into her own bank accounts, paid existing investors with money from new investors, and the winery was not aware of the scheme."In reality, Samji had no notary trust account," the commission wrote in a news release.....

159) Lethbridge, Alberta – On April 6, 2012, at approximately 2:30 a.m. police responded to a shooting at Studio 54 night club along the 200 block of 5 Street South. Three male subjects entered the club and one of the men produced a handgun and shot the 30 year-old victim at close range....

Three charged: Rage Hassan ISLOW, 23, of Edmonton, Alberta, Abdirahman Moha ISLOW, 21, of Toronto, Ontario and Yaqoub Mahad ALI, 23, of Edmonton, Alberta

160) Sinan Hazan, 19, of Toronto, has been charged with:  1) Aggravated Assault   2) Assault with a Weapon   3) Weapons Dangerous

161) Charged are: Doulat Khan, 58, of Toronto, Amanot Khan, 55, of Toronto and Monjure Leeton Elahi, 42, of Toronto. It is alleged that:
− the owner of Doulat Enterprise Inc., at 3094 Danforth Avenue, Doulat Khan, and two of his employees, received money from people which was supposed to be wired to a receiving financial institution overseas
− the money received by Doulat Enterprise Inc., was not wired to the receiving financial institutions and was retained by Doulat Khan and his employees for their own gain
− the financial loss associated to the victims who have come forward, thus far, is $129,861.78
