I received this vid from a reader in Niagara Falls. It was made by the Niagara folks for their Crime Stoppers outfit. If you have something you would like to report but would rather not divulge your identity, then Crime Stoppers is the vehicle for you. Tipsters can make up to $2000 depending on the $ value allocated to the "stopped" crime. All Police Services in Canada have a "Crime Stoppers" section on their websites.
A very important thing to remember if you want to give info to Crime Stoppers and intend to get paid by them, is never to do this.
