Simply unbelievable the kind of stuff the Left will do to win elections. More astonishing is that The Star carries the story.
However, I am not giving them any credit for it. They probably had no choice because not disclosing this when they had the information would have meant dire consequences when it was discovered that they had the info and sat on it.

You mean raise money? Or are you implying that the spouse of someone in the civil service has no right to a political role?

I sent you a personal fundraising appeal for George Smitherman last night. You will recall that immediately after I sent a second email with the attachment included. I have just discovered that not only did I make an error in not sending the attachment, much more importantly I used the incorrect Rogers account to send the email. Not sure how that happened but it was a serious error.
Althought the email was written by me and clearly signed by me, the email went out from my wife's account - xxxxx@rogers.com. Barbara as many of you will know has a public position with the provincial government and she is not permitted to have any involvement whatsoever in partisan political activity. If one is a civil servant, one is not supposed to be using the tools which are a part and parcel of a mandate belonging to your spouse.
Maybe you think such regulations are meant only for Conservative. Recall someone even losing their job over something similar, from the Conservative party ???
I wonder where the CBC is dozing now.
