Something is definitely screwy with those lawmakers in PQ

Language issues again. Now the Province of Quebec wants all immigrants to "learn French first and foremost." Further silliness is their insistence that children can attend English speaking elementary or secondary schools only if their siblings or one of their parents had most of their education in the English language in Canada. It amazes me no end that so many of our MPs who are supposed to be more intelligent than the Average Joe, show hardly any intellect. You would be able to find more sense in the gibberish of a dead drunk hobo than many of  these PQ MPs clamoring to have only French as the foremost language, as if the French language was the oil that drove the machinery of the world.   Are they so blind that they cannot see that it is the English language that holds sway throughout  the world. 

Maybe, on second thoughts, they are conniving enough to have only immigrants from France and Lebanon making their homes in PQ.
