Drought no more: Beating Mother Nature

via Drudge:  I don't know whether to marvel at science or fear the consequences, if any. What if some years down the road it is discovered that rain or snow caused by cloud seeding does something to crops which in turn causes something in humans?

Beijingers woke up Sunday morning to a city turned white with snow that came far ahead of the winter. It was only in the later part of the day that one learnt that 186 doses of silver iodide went into persuading the clouds to release snow flakes.
