Immigration review judge Otto Nupponen ... dumb as dumb can be

Who the bloody hell appoints these nitwits to these positions, that's what I would like to know. Immigration Review Board dumbo Otto Nupponen orders a criminal freed from custody before his deportation to Guinea.  Hard to believe .  Even harder to believe are the kind of decisions this same judge has made on other  similar cases involving criminal illegals in the country.  With judges like this man in our midst, who needs enemies at Canada's gates?
 Someone please fire this doddering idiot pronto. And, also investigate why he sides with criminals and people caught with child pornography? What a total sleazeball !!! Why are we finding more and more of these degenerates in positions where they can do the most damage to the citizenry and to the society of Canada?
