Monsters running rampant in Syria

I watched  a couple of seconds of the vid at the link below.  It has spoiled my morning.  According to the Twitter user who posted the link, the monster is from the FSA and the dead man (at least I hope he is dead) whose heart is being cut out and eaten, is a Syrian soldier.
