When countless people with tonnes of experience and qualifications can't find employment, when people like the OWS youngsters can't find employment, when people have to give up their homes because they can't make their mortgage payments ..... is it because the ecomony is doing great ????
Canada is in a recession and we should not be blind to that fact. Not talking about it or thinking we are only in a "mild" one is not going to alter the facts.
With the constant onslaught of grim financial news, it may come as no surprise that Canadians are feeling more pessimistic than ever about the economy and how it will hit their pocketbooks.
In fact, 70% believe Canada is already in at least a mild recession, according to a joint poll conducted by the Economic Club of Canada and Pollara Strategic Insights.
The online poll of 2,878 Canadians was conducted in mid-December and released Thursday in conjunction with the Economic Club’s annual economic outlook in Toronto.......
