Are you tired of receiving emails with false information? The one I received today has more pics than shown here and says it's a correctional facility in Toronto's Etobicoke and the Canadian govt. spends money on such "palaces" for criminals but neglects to look after seniors and the needy. That structure is not in Toronto and neither is it in Canada. If you want to know where the "palatial prison" happens to be, go to Snopes here. 
Yup, I got sucked into swallowing hook, line, and sinker that this was built in Canada. But still amazingly, it is a prison(of sorts) in Austria
