Iranian and Israeli dramas in Washington, all for Obama's benefit

Like the lady implied in the vid below,  Obama is really lucky that a moderate like Rouhani and his administration, desire a thaw in  the USA-Iran relationship and that all this has happened during his presidency.

From TheJerusalemPost:
.....While Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu has urged the world not be fooled by the soothing tones of Iranian President Hassan Rouhani with regard to nuclear weapons, President Shimon Peres at his meeting in Yalta on Friday with Ukranian President Viktor Yanukovych, expressed the hope that there would be new voices emerging  from Iran.
Peres said that sanctions taken against Iran in an effort to prevent the continuation of its nuclear program had been effective and had also served to influence the Iranian leadership.
Peres emphasized, as he has done many times previously, that of all the options available to persuade Iran to forgo nuclearization, the non-military one was the most preferred......

From PressTV:
....White House spokesman   Jay Carney has talked about the possibility of a meeting between US President Barack Obama and Iranian President Hassan Rouhani in New York next week.

"It's possible, but it has always been possible," Carney said at a press conference on Thursday.
"The extended hand has been there from the moment the president was sworn in," Carney was quoted as saying by Reuters.

The remarks were made two days after US National Security Council spokeswoman Bernadette Meehan said that there were “currently no plans” for President Obama to meet with President Rouhani on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly.........
