Another Gold medal won yesterday

and let's keep our fingers crossed for more. I watched the entire Ice Dancing program and it was time very well spent. As expected, Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir of Ontario, toppled the 2-year USA champs who also gave a superb performance dancing to my favorite music from Phantom of the Opera. Virtue and Moir danced to a piece from Mahler's symphony. So now we have another gold medal. That makes us just 2 gold medals short of what's in the USA's booty.

My hopes for more gold is firmly with the Women's Ice Hockey Team who are proving to be pure dynamite That Meghan Agosta is faster than a speeding bullet.
Oh boy ... she can move from one end to another in the blink of an eye. Canadians won the match yesterday beating Finland 5-0. It was fun to watch. Feb.25 is when the team plays the USA for gold. Mark your calendars, this game will be one of the highlights for that day and if the team performs like they did yesterday, then they are sure winners

  1. I watched it. Yes it was difficult and yes it required significant skill.

I'm sorry for calling ice dancing a dumping ground for figure skaters who can't land jumps...
