Israel MUST be hauled to The Hague for War Crimes committed aplenty in Gaza

The move has been initiated at the ICC by the Palestinian FM. It's a long drawn-out procedure  because Israel, just like the USA, are not members of the ICC ... and of course the reason is  probably because both these nations tend to commit war crimes.  Guess which other country has refused to be a member of the ICC?  It's a country in Africa known to commit the most horrendous crimes.  If you guessed Sudan ... you are right.  So, yes .... both the USA and Israel keep  good company.

Not only will the genocide of Gaza go down in history as one of the blackest marks on Israel and Jews in general,  the leaders of the world who stood by and let it happen and for that matter, even the talking heads on TV and the scholars and the political analysts and the politician-wannabees,  who were on Israel's side in this atrocity, none of those people will ever be able to live it down, they will be reminded again and again, that they stood by and some even encouraged the monstrous state of Israel to carry on with the carnage on a people who had no means of defending themselves.  The world, especially the voters know what kind of disgusting monsters walk this world in the guise of looking angelic, talking angelic but carrying inside them the blackest of hearts.

The assault on Gaza was  nothing but ethnic cleansing and a means to further reducing the Gazan strip in order for Israel to continue with the building of new settlements ....  which  by the way, is yet another violation according to the Geneva Conventions... but hey, "God's chosen people" don't give a fuck about international laws.  They are the "chosen" dontcha know?  "Chosen" by the devil is more like it!

The aftermath of the Gaza genocide will be with us forever and it will mean the end of political or public careers for countless people.  Some will resign, like Baroness Warsi, UK Foreign Office Minister, citing "UK's morally indefensible position" while the careers and credibility of others will suffer because of the disgust normal people will feel in the presence of evil accessories to a most heinous crime which was ... and might still continue after the 3-day truce in place from yesterday... dealt out as collective punishment for the deeds of a few.  The progrom on the Gazans will go down in history as one of the worst ever in modern times.... and amazingly committed by a people whose ancestors, we are told again and again and again and again, and again and again,  suffered most terribly at the hands of the Nazis.

I sincerely hope that the good conscientious people of this world, if not their disgraceful rotten leaders, will put down the worst kind of sanctions on Israel and that the BDS movement will achieve every success.

Jussi Rosendahl writing at GlobeAndMail:
Palestinian Foreign Minister  Riad al-Malki said on Tuesday after meeting prosecutors at the International Criminal Court that there was “clear evidence” that Israel committed war crimes in Gaza.

“In last 28 days, there is clear evidence of war crimes committed by Israel amounting to crimes against humanity,” Malki told reporters after meetings at the ICC.

Malki said his administration was making efforts to have Palestine become a member of the court, a legal step that would grant the ICC jurisdiction over alleged crimes in the territory.

The ICC, created more than a decade ago to prosecute individuals for war crimes, is a court of last resort, meaning that it can only intervene when a country is found to be unwilling or unable to carry out its own investigation.

Israel is not a member of the ICC and the court therefore has no jurisdiction to investigate. Jurisdiction could be granted in a UN Security Council resolution, but Israel’s ally the United States would have the power to block any such proposal.

Gaza officials say 1,834 Palestinians, most of them civilians, have been killed in the war. Israel has countered that almost half those killed have been militants.........
