Kurdish man says his Muslim neighbours ratted on them and joined ISIS/ISIL/IS/xyz in the hunt

Not surprising at all.  If Muslims can kill each other, of course they will gang up with their own to kill non-Muslims.  And, you think the powers-that-be responsible for the birth and rapid growth of this monstrous army didn't know that?  Keep living in your delusional world.

As for me, my only concern is that our Western governments have been willfully blind and deaf and have carried on with the heavy Muslim immigration program.  I am not against immigration, I understand that a bigger population would mean better human resources for a vast country like Canada,  but how will we know what kind of warped mindsets will be coming in now with the over-intensive radicalization?  Gone are the days when only skilled and well educated immigrants were given preference by Canada ... now it's the refugees first and everybody else stand in the queue way behind them.

Jonathan Krohn writing at TheTelegraphUK:
Iraq crisis: My night on  the mountain of hell with dying Yazidi refugees

The lights of their towns, controlled by jihadists, twinkle beneath them in the moonlight. The people of the mountain can see their towns and villages, and the headlights of the jihadi patrols snaking through the streets they have abandoned, and know they cannot return......

......As the sun rises, the sound of fighter jets can be heard overhead. Any thought they might bring some kind of salvation disappears as they roar off into the distance. They are protecting the front lines in the Kurdish capital Erbil, a place full of five-star hotels centuries away from their own impoverished lives, and full of western investment that needs to be saved......

......Another day of temperatures above 100F, and too little water to drink, is beginning.
It reveals thousands of impoverished, exhausted and hungry people sleeping rough on the hard ground, speckled with the jagged rocks that smashed so many of the water bottles dropped from above. A Red Crescent official estimated 40 to 50 per cent of the supplies thrown out of US Air Force supply planes were destroyed on impact......

......The only food for the refugees consisted of under-cooked or even raw meat from the goats that in this area roam the mountain, as well as whatever they could scrounge from the aid drops. There is too little firewood to cook properly - mainly twigs torn from scrubby bushes.
"We are the same as animals," said Thasen Khaleh, 35. "We are reduced to eating raw meat." ....
