Thank you, Thank you very much Glenn Beck

I am a big fan of Glenn Beck. He makes sense, every time and all the time.

  1. Love Glenn Beck - never miss him.... When you turn on CTV and see all the moonbat reporters, I sure am glad I have Fox - I watch it 95% of the time. To listen to liberal advertising all day long on CTV and the CBC - couldn't take it any longer!

  2. The ironic thing is that his type of show should NOT be the credible source of news, but yet it proves to be. Everyday I am shocked by the new news of what is happening, and I am glad that at least his vaudville show is covering this real and important news.

  3. NorthernRaven - I do not agree with your comment "at least his vaudville show is covering this real and important news."

What is "vaudville" about Beck's show?

  4. Maria,

Glen self described his show as vaudville at times. Particularly after his episode where he wore laderhossen to parody a proposed Obama Youth program. Anyway, it may have been a poor decription on my part, perhaps what I mean, is that if he presented himself more professionally then he would be taken more seriously. But despite that he his one of my best sources of news of what is happening in the US. I wish I could watch a better show than his, but he provides the best and truthful information.

  5. I think NorthernRaven means that Glenn Beck is a "showman" the way Rush Limbaugh and Bill O'Reilly are showman. It's their schtick. They play to the lowest common denominator the way vaudville did. And it works...

  6. SouthernQuebec - you said:"They play to the lowest common denominator the way vaudville did."
Oh really!!! Recent surveys have shown that lefties never missed his show. However, we being generous as usual, you are welcome to the "lowest common denominator" seating places, just take the seats all the way lower down so those of us who have arrived here long before you can see the show better.

  7. Perhaps my disappointment is NOT with Glen Beck, because he is doing an excellent job, and has a very entertaining show. I certainly don't miss it. By the way he is off on vacation next week, so we can take a break from paying attention to the news, ha ha.

I am disappointed that the other networks fail to present the news properly, and fully report on what Obama and the Democrats are putting forward in legislation. I would love to be watching a Mike Duffy type program, to gather this information, but Glen is doing the best so far, unless someone can recommend another show that is doing a better job.

I wish up here in Canada we had a current affairs show that discussed the truth of what is happening in the States. But I suppose the networks up here probably would love to continue promoting the Messiah's myth up here.

  9. NorthernRaven - you have high hopes for Canadian media to have something that would "discuss the truth". When has that ever happened?
I gave up watching Canadian news on TV from Dec.2008 and started reading blogs instead. Just watching the look of anger on that Peter M's face whenever he had to mention our PM Stephan Harper name, used to make my blood boil. Our MSM is 99.9% leftist and you know it. The one voice of reason, Mike Duffy, is no longer around and so that one single reason for watching CTV during his time slot is also gone.
We are better off just letting off steam on blogs.
    Cheers.
