A "Refugee" by any other name?

Via Gatesofvienna blogspot comes this news about how refugees can take advantage of naive nations, countries like ours that fail to fully comprehend the depths of lying and swindling that is the norm in Arabic societies. I am at a loss to understand how if one is a refugee, he can go back to the country he has sought refuge from, without any worry of being arrested by a regime he is purportedly fleeing from. In the article below, this "refugee" lives a double life, more adventurous than a character from an espionage novel. Makes me wonder how many of similar ilk we have here in Canada. refugee in name only
