Milton Friedman: "Govt. protects Drug Cartels"
Mexico is decriminalizing possession of small amounts of marijuana, ecstasy, cocaine and heroin for personal use. I am of the opinion that it is a good thing and Canada should follow suit. Listen to Milton Friedman before you go off your rocker.
