Toronto is a haven no more

There is not a day that goes by when I don't regret the decision my family took to make Toronto our home, when we migrated to Canada. Why we didn't decide on Alberta or anywhere else but Toronto, I don't know. In Toronto, one is constantly reminded of how powerful the muslim community is becoming in Canada. They have the time and the money to organize marches and gatherings on public property, and they scream into their microphones their hatred for Canada and the USA and a hatred for their enemies that you would have thought they left behind when they migrated here to become Canadians.

Why do these people have to bring to Canada their wars and battles and the bitterness they feel towards every moving creature they consider to be an infidel. The large majority of Canadians want to live in oneness and harmony but the simple desire to do so is denied us because of the curse prevalent in the religious Canadian muslims. One community and only one is capable of disrupting the peace and security that was herebefore  seen as  the symbolic force of Canada, and that community is the muslim community. Political correctness has brought us to this point of no return. We have to admit this before trying to correct the madness we see in our streets and in our newspapers.

A Toronto man who earned a six-figure salary as a computer programmer appeared in court on Monday for the first day of his trial on charges of plotting to attack Canada's main stock exchange and other targets.

Shareef Abdelhaleem, 34, is accused of conspiring to bomb Canada's main stock exchange, spy agency offices and a military base in order to try to provoke Canada's withdrawal from Afghanistan.....

  1. There are a lot of those demonstrations here in Montreal, too. And the usual suspects of labour unions, leftist politicians and people who never seem to have to be at work are there to support them.

I have to say the Tamil demonstrators, although a lot less numerous, have been the most persistent of all.

I gather there are a lot of Muslim university students in Ottawa too who are always calling up radio stations and demonstrating in the streets.

I just wish we had some of our students demonstrating for the students in Iran getting killed, imprisoned and tortured.

  2. It seems that Canadian are a pretty laid back group until the killing starts and from that moment forward, they're a pretty fierce and dangerous crew.

  3. It's never too late to move to Alberta! We get truckloads of people every month looking for a great place to work and live. We are mostly too busy working to protest, plus that's a lefty thingy and lefties don't thrive out here very well. Come join us!

  4. Thanks Hunter. However, some of us need to be here to keep an eye on Toronto and tell you guys in that "lefty-free" province, the kind of crap that goes on here. The stories from here will help to keep those Provinces that don't have this malaise as yet, to keep such nonsense from happening there for as long as possible.

  5. From the article:
"The informant reportedly wore a wire at their frequent meetings at coffee shops and a Chinese buffet in Toronto, and was paid a record 4.1 million Canadian dollars (4.0 million US) to infiltrate the group."

Isn't it a little strange/questionable if the crown's star witness was paid over $4 000 000 by the police?

  6. Love thy neighbour, he croaked, as he removed the shiv from btetween his ribs.

If you keep bending over backwards, Skinny, one day your back will break.

Canadians are learning not to swallow the tainted swill leftists have been trying to shove down their throat for 40+ years.

  7. Anon1152 Balbulican - yeah, that made me a little uneasy too. Maybe, the figure is not right and if it is then it looks like informers can command a lot of money these days.
I thought I read somewhere that one of the Khadr brothers was offered almost a million for a day's intensive interviewing by a producer who wanted to make a movie based on the family's connection to Bin Laden.

  8. kursk - I know a number of folks like Skinny Dipper. They don't want to believe that anyone is evil and that anyone is capable of doing any harm whatsoever.
I am a very bad person, because my fervent wish for such people is that they get caught up in some situation where they can see first hand the madness and evil of a fundamentalist muslim.
That is the only way such people can be educated, none other will do.

  10. I'm not sure why you think I was anon1152, but that wasn't me. When I comment, it's as balbulican.

  11. Hmm. Bizarre. I followed that link back to a thread in which Maria says that she "has it on good authority" that my birthday is in November. Umm...nope.

Anyhow, Anon1152, not sure who you are, but it ain't me.

  13. "Anyhow, Anon1152, not sure who you are, but it ain't me."
I had more or less come to that conclusion myself.

At some point in the hopefully-not-too-distant-future, I'll look more closely at stageleft, to see what if anything, suggests that I am you. Or vice versa. Maybe we have the same haircut?

  14. Anon1152 - are you a biologist too? Balbulican is dissecting a fecal matter and looking at it minutely to determine what portions of it should be used in inventing the new "cologne for men" that he wants to market.

Two heads work better than one.
Good luck with that venture Balbulican.

  15. "I had more or less come to that conclusion myself."

Well done. Now, let Maria know, would you? She seems a bit...unclear.

  16. MariaS:

    I am not a biologist.

    Is Balbulican?

I assume you are joking about Balbulican "dissecting a fecal matter."

Though it's entirely possible that "dissecting fecal matter and looking at it minutely" is exactly what he thinks he's been doing right now.

Bullseye. Fan of Robertson Davies? Call me Ozzy Froats.

  18. Balbulican One talking to Balbulican Two - carry on, let me not disturb the lunatic inmates chattering away.

  19. Balbulican:

    "Bullseye."
    Oh good.
I was worried that you or MariaS or both would be offended.

Many friends and family members are fans of Robertson Davies.
    "Many" is misleading.
    I don't have many...
Perhaps "most of" would be better.
    But I digress.

Strangely, (or, perhaps, appropriately?), The Rebel Angels is the only Davies book that I've read.

  20. Should have said this first, but, Thank you, MariaS.
    Much obliged.

  23. And as for Anon1152 and Balbulican the Sybil segments... Balby tell your other ego that you have a blog ... Stageleft ... at your disposal so you can bring in all the other segments of Sybil to make a whole juicy mandarin orange.

You guys are cracking me up. I was feeling down reading about Haiti but this is the first laugh I had today. Thanks.
