I just got back from the Dead Sea Scrolls exhibition at the Royal Ontario Museum. Tomorrow is the last day they are on display and if you are planning to go to the museum go early, well before 2 pm, or if you want to take advantage of the half price after 4.30 pm, go nicely bundled up. The queue to get in when I was walking out at 5 pm was at least half a mile long. If you are a member, book online and then go to the express counter to check yourself in. You will have to give yourself at least 90 minutes to go through the exhibition.
The opportunity we have been afforded to see these scrolls and the other artifacts of that period is not to be missed. I found these videos on YouTube which should pique your interest some more.

I can prove, with the assistance of LSD, that the dead sea scrolls prove Karl Marx was the son of God. I don't believe in God, but never the less is son was Karl Marx.
ReplyDeleteThanks Dodo. I went to see them this morning.
