The most intriguing Prez to date

h/t: Irene
Hey... call me what you will. I am simply a very inquisitive creature. I want to know more about Obama's eligibility to be Prez and  all the nitty gritty details of his birth.  Does that make me a whackjob or racist or what have you?  Fine... so be it.  This guy is the most intriguing Prez of the USA,  and I for one would like to gloat over my American friends  if it ever comes about,  as a proven fact,  that he was never eligible to be their Prez. It will say more about the American people than it will say about Obama.

Here's a long article from the Australian media with enough links to satisfy the curiosity cats amongst us.  Listen... at least I admit to give in to my inquisitiveness, an inherent human trait.  You are free to be above it all and not bother to read it.

  1. Quick hint, Maria. Even Ms. Coulter has deserted the birther camp in embarrassment. If you've staked out your turf in Crazy Country, more power to you, dear; but know that's what you're doing.

  2. Balbulican - I have never let others tell me how I should think, so Ms.Coulter and her opinion means less than a rat's fart where I am concerned.
If Crazy Country is where people like to ask questions of people who make decisions on behalf of millions of people, then YES, I am a resident of Crazy Country. In a few years when it is proven that there was indeed a lot of hanky panky going on with Obama and his eligibility, remember to apologize to me.

If the air is cleared and it is proven that I was indeed stupid to think that he was "guilty", then I will remember to apologize to you.

    Deal ????

  3. Naw, that isn't Crazy Country. Crazy Country is the place where people jump on a bandwagon because it makes people they don't like look bad, without actually weighing the evidence.

The evidence suggesting that Obama was born in Hawaii is very strong. The evidence suggesting that Obama was born somewhere else is very weak. The folks who are pretending that there's still a seriousl question seem to be, for the most part, crazy. I'm talking about Orly Taitz and that weird American laywer who believed that Bush was behind 9/11 - he's the other one. Frankly, these folks are nuts.

  4. It has been irrefutabley proven that Obama was born in Hawaii. There are even brith announcements in the newspaper in Hawaii. You are in crazy country.

You might as well accuse Harper of being batman.

    You are in crazy country.

  6. GritPatriot - if and when Obama brings out his birth certificate and it is proven without a doubt by all and sundry that the guy was "born in Hawaii and born eligible to run for the presidency of the USA" I will be the first one to apologize for all the posts in my blog about this subject.
Until then, the Q will be revisited time and time again at this blog.

  7. I think there's a tiny minority of misguided folks who actually believe the birther conspiracy (Canadian Sentinel, for one, claims to actually believe that - but he also believes that Obama is the Antichrist). The rest simply view it as an opportunity to attack, but if pressed usually admit that they don't ACTUALLY doubt it, they just WONDER why the President is AVOIDING the "ISSUE"...and so on.

So Maria - which are you? Do you seriously believe Obama was NOT born in Hawaii? Or do you simply wonder why Obama is "avoiding the issue"? If the latter, I can answer the question. If the former...well....

  8. Balbulican - I am in the camp of people who think he WAS born in Hawaii but under circumstances that MIGHT make him a liar if the truth comes out.

  9. That's a new one on me. If he was born in Hawaii, what's the challenge to his eligibility?

  10. Sorry Balbulican - I have too many better things to do than get into this with you. You will have to come to your own wrong conclusions.

  11. Heh. That was easier than I thought.
