Wow! I looked in my crystal ball and I can see great things happening to Germany's economy, now that they have Guido Westerwelle, leader of the Free Democrats leaning heavily centre-right in the new coalition. You are so right Mr.Westerwelle... Trade Unions ARE a curse and a plague. Bury them in the dust as quickly as possible and get on with the task of pulling your country out of the recession.
The era of cosy consensus in German politics is over. The election victor is arch-Thatcherite Guido Westerwelle, who led his pro-business Free Democrats to their best result ever with acerbic attacks on the welfare state and trade unions – which he called a "plague on our country".
And The NYTimes says: A specter is haunting Europe — the specter of Socialism’s slow collapse.
Hallelujah... that's music to my ears.... going to get off his couch and do a little jig and a jive ... I am so happy... the lefties snakes will have a scowl on their faces today. Yipeee!!
