The discredited Community activist group ACORN has filed a lawsuit against the makers of the prostitute/pimp hidden-camera video that showed ACORN employees in its Baltimore office giving the two tax advice on how to cheat the IRS. ACORN says that the audio portion of the video was obtained illegally as Maryland's law requires a two-party consent to create sound recordings.
Within short hours of the blog hitting the Big Government website, out came Leon Wolfe, a blogger at RedState, making a bold statement: "Watch me get the ACORN lawsuit dismissed in 15 minutes (or less).
