Who knew there were so many nitwit countries in the Balkans?! Is it the people themselves or their leaders who are batshit crazy? Knowing about the insanity displayed by our own governments in North America, I bet it's the fearmongering politicians in those countries having a marvellous loony-tunes time demonizing Putin and Russia. Who knew there were so many nitwit countries in the Balkans?! Is it the people themselves or their leaders who are batshit crazy?
