Puzzle for you: Which country jails you if you "flip a bird" ?

Can you guess correctly which country that would be?  Many of our prominent Canadian lawmakers are hot and panting for this country. What happened with this country and Canada and how the Liberals behaved during that period is also one of the many, many, many reasons they got walloped on May 2.

This country arrested and detained a prominent British surgeon on charges of 'public indecency' after a clash with a motorist and took away his passport because they alleged that he made a rude gesture at the motorist.

The surgeon has been told by this country's authorities that he would have to wait for months for his case to be heard.

The surgeon, who was travelling with his wife and three kids, had to send his family back home while he languishes in this country awaiting his fate.
