Required reading .... The Grand Jihad - How Islam and the Left sabotage America by Andrew McCarthy ..... Part 1

I look at my blog as a diary of events happening around the world that affect freedom loving people like myself.  To that end, I will be posting pages from the book I am reading,  passages which according to me, are important to understand and digest by other freedom loving people. The book was recommended by Geert Wilders, during his recent visit to Toronto, as essential reading to understand the jihad and sharia intentions of the moslems, intentions that are difficult to believe or understand by most people.

Faithful to Banna's bottom-up model, the Saudi/Brotherhood proselytism enterprise has always emphasized indoctrination through the education system. With the loosening of immigration restrictions in the 1960s, Muslim aliens flocked to the United States, particulary students anxious to study in American universities. This wave was concentrated in the Midwest. Brotherhood acolytes thus incorporated the Muslim Students Association in Indiana and founded its first chapter at the Univerity of Illinois Urbana Champaign in January 1963. Additional MSA chapters soon began popping up at various universities. They provided young Muslims with English versions of Islamist works, particulary the writings of Qutb and Banna. This created a rich recruiting pool for the Ikhwan: young Arab Muslims schooled in, and now adherent to, its ideology. Today, the MSA has nearly 600 chapters in the United States and Canada, "nuturing Islamist ideas among next-generation American Muslims" as Zeyno Baran puts it so well.

In 1972, the same Brotherhood operatives who had forged the MSA helped create the World Assembly of Muslim Youth in Riyadh. The express purpose of WAMY was to "arm the Muslim youth with full confidence in the supremacy of the Islamic System over other systems." It grew into the world's largest Muslim youth organization, operating in over sixty countries. Despite their occasional lip-service to peaceful coexistence mouthed for the ears of credulous Westerners, WAMY is intolerant of non-Muslims, supportive - financially and otherwise - of violent jihad, boldly anti-Semitic, and intimately connected to the Saudi regime. For example, the Kingdom's current Minister of Islamic Affairs, Endowment and Dawa once served as WAMY's president.



Typical of the literature the organization disseminates to young Muslims in Islamic Views, which just happens to be published by the Saudi government's Armed Forces Printing Press. This short Arabic language book helpfully teaches that the "the Prophet Mohammad fought againt the infidels and the Jews 'til he triumphed over them, conducted himself about twenty invasions, and sent tens of regiments led by his companions for jihad." Lest you miss the point, Islamic Views expands on it: Islam is a religion of jihad," and jihad is "an answer for the Jews, the liars." Fellow Muslims are beseeched to "teach our children to love taking revenge on the Jews and the oppressors, and teach them that our youngster will liberate Palestine and al-Quds (Jerusalem) when they go back to Islam and make jihad for the sake of Allah.

I am going to do my best to type out as many important passages from the book and post them here as often as I can. I implore my readers to either buy the book or borrow it from your library .... but read it and then recommend it to others. Also, let your American friends know about the book and encourage them to read it.  Andrew McCarthy's cry to save America (and it's a given that what affects the USA affects us too) should not go unheard... not if you are a person who would rather die than give up your freedom.

If you don't want either Canada or the USA to be islamized and cower under sharia laws, you have to fight this menace with your every breath and every which way.  The infiltration has already happened and is gaining stronger footholds in the very fabric of our government via the useful dhimmified idiots from the Left.
