There's an Iranian "fifth column" operating in Canada says Canadian Human Rights Activist

Below is Homa Arjomand's Press Release.  Homa Arjomand is of Iranian origin and I never tire of telling anybody and everybody how it was Homa and a few other select women of high calibre, who we should be eternally thankful to  for keeping Shariah out of Ontario when the dhimmis in McGuinty's govt. were planning on flinging open the doors to the stealth jihad.
Highlights by moi.

Some members from the NDP,  journalists from Toronto  Star, CBC, Globe&Mail and others. and sadly even some members from the Lib party have started baying at the moon and decrying the action the Conservative Govt of Canada has taken against Iran.  All these individuals should be investigated to determine if any of them are in the pay of the Iranian govt. and persecuted as traitors.  No two ways about this issue.

Canada closes down the Iranian Embassy     in Ottawa on September 7, 2012. Foreign Minister John Baird has ordered all Iranian diplomats in Canada to leave within five days.

Homa Arjomand stated, “most certainly what this action has done is to put additional pressure on the Iranian regime for its involvement in nuclear activities, for being a long term enemy of Israel and sustaining the conflict in the Middle East, for taking side in the Syrian conflict by supporting Bashar Assad, for expanding its terrorist activities through its embassy, and most importantly, for realizing that the Iranian regime operates widely in Canada by expanding its ‘ fifth Column’ in Canada.”

Arjomand proclaimed that Iran furthers its goals through activities of some Iranian businessmen, bursary students, lobbyists and paid agents. The regime has penetrated the justice system and other public sectors in Canada” She stated that, “Another crucial element for closing the Iranian Embassy in Canada was the pressure by regime’s oppositions and prominent Iranian women’s groups who have always been strongly opposed to the Islamic regime. For three decades these groups have consistently informed the Canadian government of the heinous crimes against women, workers, youth, students, and in general the people of Iran.

Homa Arjomand expressed, “that for the people of Iran and Iranians who migrated to Canada, this action is only the beginning of a great movement to end the present of Islamic regime in Canada and worldwide”.

Homa Arjomand stated further actions against the Iranian regime is needed immediately as here in Canada there exists hundreds of this regime’s lobbyists who are actively engaged in various public sectors, non-profit charities and cultural associations and are linked to Islamic Regime of Iran. These people are trying hard to neutralize the consequences of closing the Iranian Embassy. These lobbyists have already started a campaign against the Canadian government by having interviews, writing articles, and organizing meetings. They are trying hard to indicate that this action is not beneficial for immigrants who travel to Iran frequently; While they are well aware that since the revolution in Iran, the American Embassy has been closed but still far more Iranians immigrated to the USA than to Canada.

There also exists high ranking members who immigrated to Canada. They have been pocketing huge amounts of public money into their personal bank account in Canada and they are now engaging in other terrorists activities. Iran supports hundreds of terrorist organizations that operate through Iranian embassies globally.

Homa Arjomand stated Canada must identify all such lobbyist and agents of the Islamic Republic of Iran and expel them from Canada. A good place to start would be to freeze their bank accounts. All programs for exchange students from Iran should end and students already here should be expelled. Furthermore Canada must arrest people who are actively involved in terrorizing, and oppressing people in Iran and now live in Canada. Such people should be tried in an international court. In addition Canada needs to put all leaders of Islamic Republic of Iran on the terrorism list and freeze their assists.”

An important event in Toronto

I had written some months ago about Ms Homa Arjomand and other ladies of her ilk  from Toronto who were instrumental in keeping shariah at bay when the nitwit Barbara Hall wanted to introduce a form of a sharia law court in Ontario.

On August 13, 2010 Arjomand and others are organizing an event in Toronto with some great speakers. Admission is free and it would be much appreciated if you let others know of this event. In the shariah-aggressive climate of today, it is imperative that more of us learn about the disastrous effects of sharia law and why it is EXTREMELY  IMPORTANT that we stand on guard for Canada and our Canadian way of life and keep this evil from gaining even a  toe tip in Canada.   Almost all Canadians, if they are not familiar with Muslim culture and practices, and my apologies for saying this,  but the fact remains that more than 70% of Canadians know zilch, nada, zero about Shariah Law, should find the time to attend this event.  Even the offspring of  first generation immigrants from muslim countries are ignorant of the depraviity in sharia because it is all coated in sugary words.  I cannot stress enough, how important it is to attend this conference and let the experts in this field try to open your tightly shut eyes.

Some of the speakers will be:

Azar Majedie. She is a social and political activist dedicated to educating people about how women's rights can be trampled on and buried deep if we are not ever vigilant about how sharia can creep into aspects of our personal lives by taking slow but sure grips on political regulations. She is the founder of the Iranian Women's Liberation and has produced several TV programs in both English and Farsi on the dangers of political islam.

Tarek Fatah: No introduction needed. Fatah is well known in all political camps. His new book "The Jew is Not my Enemy" is coming out soon.

Homa Arjomand: A woman to be admired for her dedication and bravery in the face of severe criticism from her own community. Arjomand firmly believes in secular laws for each and every Canadian.... no other laws can encroach on the secular laws of Canada and she fights on bravely against all types of menancing foes.  She is a political and social activist and  an advocator for the rights of women, children and gays. Arjomand also campaigns against polygamy and honor killing. She was a strong voice for the One School System in Ontario which battle was unfortunately lost and the Left in Ontario got to mess up the school system to their hearts' desires.  Arjomand is also the main coordinator for the International Campaign Against Sharia Courts in Canada. .

The topics of the conference are:

- Effect of globalization of political Islam on Women's Rights with regard to Polygamy, Niqab and Honor    Killings;
- The problems of legal pluralism and cultural relativism with respect to women's rights;
- Separation of religion and state

Venue: North York Civic Centre, 5100 Yonge Street
Time:  6:30 - 9:30 PM
Free Admission

Homa Arjomand on the recent ruling on polygamy ...

and the additional steps we should be taking to do away with this plague altogether ..... totally and completely. In the vid at bottom she gives her opinion on the Afghan immigrants who murdered their daughters.

Hasn't SUNTV heard of Homa Arjomand?  I have  yet to see  any of the guys in a conversation with her on that network. Homa has been instrumental in keeping a lot of sharia related infringements from sticking to us secular folks here in Ontario.
On Wednesday November 23, 2011 the British Columbia Supreme Court, Chief Justice Bauman ruled in favour of the section of the Criminal Code outlawing polygamous unions. Judge Bauman is heading in the right direction but we need to aim for an amendment of the criminal code with respect to polygamy. In order to prevent further victimization of women and compromising women’s rights for the sake of religious rights, we need to guarantee the rights of not only minors age 12-18 but also of all women who are somehow engaged in polygamist relationships.

What we the defenders of equality between men and women expect the government to do in their next step is to amend Act 293 more towards empowering women. Right now the assumption of this Act is that women and men have gained gender equality in these closed communities. The assumption is that women willingly enter into these relationships. But the reality shows otherwise. The truth is because of the policy of multiculturalism in Canada, sects and cults as well as organized religious groups were given room to grow. This means that under this policy they were given rights to keep and promote their ancient traditions, not only in homes and religious institutions such as churches and mosques but also such training has become part of the school curriculum. Children at these communities are told that one way to become close to their God, is to give birth to as many children as possible. Children are taught to follow their God’s wishes and one of those wishes is to stay in polygamous relationship so they can stay pure..........

On Ontario Bill 13, CBE and Islamic schools .... from the secular perspective

Homa Arjomand, one of the main activists who fought tooth and nail to keep shariah laws out of Ontario when many of the mothball brains we have here didn't think there was anything wrong with honor killings, wife beatings,etc.etc.etc.   .... is pro Bill 13 for the following reason(s):

Children must be protected against all threats, intimidation, bullying, torment, distress and sexual oppression. This is not possible under the Catholic Board of Education!....

Homa Arjomand proclaims that “Bishops’ opposition is not just about the name of ‘gay-straight alliances,’ but rather to not legitimize the position of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender students. It is to prevent their constitutional rights of equality, privacy and personal autonomy, and freedom of expression.” “In opposing the establishment of ‘gay-straight alliances’ the Bishops hope to stem students away from working towards greater liberation in society for sexual freedom and to prevent them from achieving social equality”............

To further ensure the continuance of secularity not only in Canada but internationally, Homa points to the petition below. If you agree, please access the link and sign the petition. Unfortunately, in Canada, and especially in Ontario we have many of these brainwashing institutions.

Please forward the petition to others too, in Canada and anywhere else in the world.  It's an International Movement ...starting out slowly but I am sure it will gain momentum as the word spreads.

International Declaration: Islamic schools should be banned Children have no religion

Whereas
political Islam, as a reactionary, anti-human, and, specifically, anti-children-and- women movement has emerged, not only in the Middle East and northern Africa, but also in Europe and North America, laying claim to political power as well as a field of action to play an effective role in the socio-cultural life of these societies;

this movement has started its campaigns by attacking all progressive and modern values not only in the Middle East and northern Africa but also in the heart of Europe and North America;

the leaders of this movement have invested considerable amount of money and personnel to expand Islamic schools globally in order to be able to play an effective role in social, political and cultural arena for further marginalization of so called Islamic communities;

these Islamic schools have become a main source to impose religion and backward traditions on children under the age of 16, and have forcefully given them religious identity and have encouraged discrimination, inequality, revulsion, segregation and Isolation right from childhood;

Islamic schools provide a perfect breeding ground for the growth of Islamism, uphold Islamic ghettos, empower the Sheykhs, parasitical elders and Imams to openly attack and limit women and childrenвs rights;

Islamic schools provide a perfect basis to recruit youth for the Islamic movementвs terrorist forces, decrees (Fatwas) against opponents of Islam, honour killings and brain washing the children;

One of the very basic principles of Islamic schools is the segregation of girls and boys at a very young age; imposing Hijab on young girls, teaching young boys cruelty towards women and brutality towards girls;

Children have no religion, and, therefore, putting them in the care of Islamic schools means legitimizing the imposition of religion on them on a social level, and this, in turn, signifies an openly refusal on the part of the state to defend the rights of children to safety, happiness, and welfare;

Be it therefore resolved that
- in order to guarantee that the rights of children take precedence over any national, racial, political, ideological, and religious considerations or interests, the state should call for the total separation of religion from education, and adopt a secular educational system for all children;

- all Islamic schools should be prohibited;

- any kind of financial, material or moral support by the state or state institutions to religion and religious activities should be prohibited;

- teaching any religious subjects, dogmas, doctrines, etc should be prohibited in all of the schools;

- all educational establishments must be co-educational;

- alluring young people under 16 to religious sects, religious ceremonies and locations should be prohibited;

- any religious laws and regulations that influence childrenвs creativity and their inalienable right to a happy life, and prevent their participation in social and leisure activities, should be revoked;

- wearing or carrying all religious symbols, such as Islamic hijab, in schools should be prohibited.

The Sweet Success of Multiculturism in Canada.... NOT

The conference on Aug 13, held in Toronto,   dealing with political islam and women's rights and how totally ineffective and useless the Canadian govt is when   multiculurism's evil  culture and traditions come flying in their collective faces, was an eye-opener to each and every attendee. Below is part of Homa Arjomand's speech:

In order to cover all these issues, I will start my speech with a case of a victim of polygamy, child trafficking as well as forced and arranged marriages in Canada; the obstacles and challenges they face with no hope to overcome them unless we progress our laws and regulations to one secular law for all and alter the legal pluralism and cultural relativism for integration.

In the following case, some changes are made to protect the client’s identity:

Farideh, at the age of 14, was sent to Pakistan with her mother and uncle in the summer of 2001. She understood that she was going for a vacation but soon after their arrival, she found out that she was to become the second wife of a clerk. She said from the time her uncle’s wife told her about the marriage to the night of her wedding, she cried and tried to burn herself. But she was left with no choice and it took 9 years before she was able to return to Canada at the age of 23. By this time, she had two sons 6 and 3 years.

Now her father is pushing her to sponsor her husband. Farideh indicated she would rather die than sponsor her abuser. In a Risk Assessment Check List, she specified the following abuse: pushed, pulled, grabbed, slapped, punched and kicked, objects were thrown at her. And in the section OTHER she described in one full page how she was chained to the ground with her baby in her arms to care for, without food and water for hours. All this was while she was breast feeding her baby. She also described how her husband knocked out two of her front teeth and broke her nose.

In the part of the Sexual Abuse portion, Farideh indicated there was persistent pressure to consent to rape, and she described how she was beaten while her husband performed sex and then he would throw a glass of holy water over her to purify her. All this abuse was to make her more submissive.

Farideh returned to Canada because her mother was dying.

At the hospital, she met a nurse in which she claims changed her life. She was told by her family members that she cannot go against Allah’s wish because Allah was testing her, and her husband is her destiny......

Read the rest here.

Also, visit this group's website to catch up on other stuff that this admirable little cliche of mostly women led by Arjomand are doing for the abused immigrant women. They admit that they feel helpless and hopeless when dealing with the women from the multiculturist communities but they carry on nonetheless because hope never dies and never should.

The Canada of old is no more. Say "Hello Canadistan" and say it with an accent.

What Canadian Muslims of calibre say about the Ground Zero mosque

Yes.... it's true. Canada has some very strong and intelligent voices from the Muslim community who speak out bravely, and for which, they are maligned by the Sunni Muslim community as  "Uncle Toms" and "nutcases" that don't speak for them.   There's Salim Mansur, Tarek Fatah and Irshad Manji ... all pretty well known to many Canadians. There are also others who work just as diligently to safeguard Canadian values but keep a low profile most of the time, like Homa Arjomand and Raheel Raza. Here's what some of these brave Muslims have said lately on the GZ mosque initiative.

....In generating this controversy, and then pushing hard on it by insisting on the constitutionally protected right of freedom of religion to build this mosque in the vicinity of Ground Zero in New York City, Islamists behind the project have masterfully succeeded in greatly dividing Americans as the ninth anniversary of 9/11 approaches.

What we are witnessing here is radical Islamists once again, as in the Danish cartoon controversy — or the controversy surrounding the wearing by some Muslim women of niqabs or full-face coverings, or the push for censorship on grounds of hate speech — taking hold of the legal-political framework of liberal democracy to secure grounds for their anti-liberal agenda of advancing acceptance of Sharia in the West....

....The Koran commands Muslims to, "Be considerate when you debate with the People of the Book" -- i.e., Jews and Christians. Building an exclusive place of worship for Muslims at the place where Muslims killed thousands of New Yorkers is not being considerate or sensitive, it is undoubtedly an act of "fitna"

So what gives Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf of the "Cordoba Initiative" and his cohorts the misplaced idea that they will increase tolerance for Muslims by brazenly displaying their own intolerance in this case?

Do they not understand that building a mosque at Ground Zero is equivalent to permitting a Serbian Orthodox church near the killing fields of Srebrenica where 8,000 Muslim men and boys were slaughtered?

This is Irshad Manji's blog. Pretty disappointing as she has not really given her own opinion but shied away from the controversy by quoting others. Are you losing your "pluck" Ms.Manji?  tsk, tsk.

Here's Tarek Fatah and Raheel Raza talking to FoxNews hosts.

Also, there will be a candle light vigil organized by the JDL on Sep 11 at 9 pm at the US Consulate in Toronto to protest the building of this mosque where 3000 innocents lost their lives on that fateful day we remember so well.

Raheel Raza at the UN

You Go Girl  .... show them how's it said and done !!!!    She takes on the nutjob Tariq Ramadan.  Yup... we do have some super-strong Muslim women voices in Canada.  Don't forget Homa Arjomand who is another strong advocate for freedom of speech and women's rights.    It is truly unfortunate that our media does not have  even a tiny little space like  a  single  inch in their dailies to tell Canadians about these ladies.  Could it be racism?  Maybe if these ladies were white lefties they might have got some publicity for the good works they do?

How Mr.Nanny McGuinty deprived me of employment

I am mad as hell.  I was all set to take up a contract job through my usual headhunters, an agency I have been with for nigh over a decade. I was told to expect the courier with some papers I had to sign and return and the assignment would be at the usual company that hires my services through my headhunter. So, it came as a very unpleasant shock to have the recruiter telephone and let me know that on checking their records for updating my bank details, they now find that they cannot use my services any more as the new laws introduced by Mr.Nanny in Ontario has made them change their own rules and regulations.  This has resulted with certain contract personnel who have been on their "temporary" payroll for a certain number of years, and as my kind of employment and the number of years I have put in, unfortunately falls on their "NO NO" list,  I  will not find employment with them any longer and to get myself  registered elsewhere.

Actually, this happened a couple of months ago, but I was holding off from saying anything on this blog. Today, I have just lost it, more than usual.  When I see something that I cannot afford to spend on without a steady income, I blame McGuinty. Today, I saw some of those things I cannot afford.   I try to be reasonable and tell myself that there are things that McGuinty has to be given credit for, and the only thing that comes to mind is the Shariah law that he refrained from introducing in Ontario even when certain dhimmified white bitches were having continuous orgasms thinking of moslem men and their appendages and putting pressure on Mr.Nanny to "please, please, please let the moslem men beat us, degrade us, rape us, kill us, please please please".  He ignored their wily wiles and for that I cannot bring on that red hot hate that I should be feeling towards our Premier.  Although, Homa Arjomand and her gang had a lot to do  in keeping shariah away from Ontario.... I still give the Premier some credit.

However .... our great Mr.Nanny McGuinty did not stop to think that there are people like me who would prefer to have employment, whether it be temp or otherwise, whether it be with benefits or otherwise, whether it be with vacation pay or otherwise, whether it be with perks or otherwise.... that there are people like me who would prefer to have contract jobs and not be married to full time employment.

No.... in the great one's almighty total vision and deep set knowledge that whatever he does is done because it is the right thing to do, he did my thinking for me. I do not have the freedom to choose the kind of job or the kind of employer I choose to be with. Mr. Nanny McGuinty knows what's best for me. He will not only choose the employer for me, he will tell the employer what he thinks the employer is supposed to pay me and how important it is that the employer hire me, pamper me, put me on a pedestal.

Down the drain goes all the great rapport I had set up with my employment agency, down the drain goes the reputation for integrity and excellence in work that I had taken pains to build up with the client of my employment agency. Will they care enough to hire my services outside the agency? Of course not.... why would they when they can get countless others to join them at a moment notice, there are hundreds of other temps who have not been on the agency's payroll for as long as I have. Their cut off dates are probably many months if not many years  in the future.

Next Mr.Nanny McGunity will be choosing the kind of toilet paper I should use in my house and he will be deciding exactly how I should  wipe myself after I make a doodoo, in fact he will want to come into my toilet to show me how it's done and probably insist on cleaning me up after each time I go to the loo.

Awaiting your toilet services Mr.Nanny McGuinty..... however, I am sure you will fail even at that.

The Govt. gives us nothing but grief and enslaves us further every time they think they are looking after us for our own good.

This could have been our judicial system ...

if people like Marion Boyd and Barbara Hall had got their way in 2005. Some stuff should never be forgotten... and lest you forget, women like me will keep reminding you how close we came to letting these women introduce Shariah law in Ontario.

If not for women like Homa Arjomand, Elka Ruth Enola, June Callwood, Sally Armstrong amongst many others, we would have had this evil in our midst today. It would have started out as "only for Muslims" but would have very soon spread like wildfire to emcompass everybody else. If you don't believe me, see what's happening to even secular Muslims and people not of the Muslim faith in the UK. Never forget these names folks, these women of courage, dignity and intelligence is what makes the fabric of Canada so strong and resilient. Unfortunately, June Callwood passed away a few years ago, but there will be others like her to take up the fight against Shariah in Canada, if it ever again rears it's ugly head.

The journalist Barbara Kay said it best:
Soft jihad cannot succeed without the complicity of naive elites, bedazzled by their own boundless compassion and humanity. Sadly, of these "useful idiots" in the corridors of wealth and power the West offers an embarras de richesses. How does one recognize a soft jihadist? An infallible sign is her or his promotion of official shariah law.
Hey there Barbara.Hall and Marion Boyd, with each other's blessings, the great supporters of Shariah courts, is this what you wanted in Ontario?
.
