Shame on the employees working within the walls of such an evil enterprise. A few hours ago, I had no idea that RAND Corp. is one of the main instigators of the mass killings of human beings all over the planet. Worth listening to the vid below.
RAND Corp has 9 offices in Canada and almost 40 in the USA. Is RAND advising Stephen Harper's government too? Is that the reason why the Conservative government has morphed into a den of warmongers?
It's true folks. The 1% of our population which happens to be the powers-that-be consider us to be just objects that can be controlled and moved around any which way they want us to behave. Don't ever underestimate the power of the 1%. Look at what is happening in Iraq. ISIS/ISIL makes up less, much, much less than 1% of Iraq's population and look at what's happening there.
