Muslim crime wave in Canada .... Part XIV

141) ...Morteza Jafarpour, executive director of the now-defunct Settlement and Integration Services Organization, has been charged with defrauding the federal government of more than $4 million between 2008 and 2010. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Hamilton Niagara commercial crime section charged Jafarpour, 52, of Ottawa and Ahmed Robert Salama, 39, of Oakville, Wednesday following a 15-month investigation with Hamilton police.....

142) On Friday, March 9, 2012, Omar Ibrahim, 30, of no fixed address, was arrested in Vancouver in connection with a series of armed robberies in Toronto. It is alleged that:
− on November 28, 2011, the accused attended four separate gas stations in Toronto
− the accused went into the stations armed with a firearm, robbed the employees and removed cash from the cash registers.

− on Wednesday, March 14, 2012, the accused men were in possession of three stolen point−of−sale terminals
− they were also in possession of hardware intended for the interception of credit card data,
and a quantity of marijuana
Hovhannes Abikian, 20, of Montreal, Amine Ismaili, 23, of Montreal have been charged.

144) ...The man who was charged with sexually assaulting a developmentally disabled woman on Wednesday was deemed “likely to reoffend” when he was ordered deported from Canada last month.
Louay Khalil, 34, has been fighting his February 2011 deportation — he was ordered out of the country on the grounds of serious criminality after two sexual assault convictions on strangers he met on the bus — back to Lebanon.
He appealed the deportation and the Immigration and Refugee Board tossed out the appeal last month. In its removal order, the board said Khalil had not sought any professional help.....

145) ...Zakaria Dourhnou appeared in court Saturday and was charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of Khalid Doreh, 20, of Ottawa, one of three people shot near the intersection of Burn Street and Borthwick Avenue.
He was also charged with two counts of assault with a weapon. Those charges are expected to be upgraded to attempted murder during court an afternoon court appearance. Police are still seeking other suspects in the shooting.....

146) ....Tufan Turanli, 29, of Toronto, is charged with possessing stolen property and possessing burglar’s tools., An athletics trainer is charged with trying to sell a single scull racing boat stolen in Orangeville to a potential Philadelphia buyer. The former world competitor for the Turkish rowing team is also charged with stealing two other single sculls and a number of motor boats from other rowing clubs in Orangeville, Toronto and Peel Region.

147) Abdul Sohail, age 18, of Ottawa, is charged with Robbery, Possession of Stolen Property and Breach of Undertaking Mutuir Rehman, age 18, of Ottawa, is charged with Robbery, Possession of Stolen Property and Breach of Undertaking.

148) On March 22, 2012 at approximately 3:15 am, three suspects entered a gas bar situated along the 2500 block of Baseline Rd.A lone employee was ordered to the floor as the three suspects loaded cash and merchandise. The suspects fled with an undisclosed quantity of cash, cigarettes and other merchandise. There were no injuries. The Ottawa Police Robbery Unit has charged Musse Abdulle, age 43 of Ottawa, with robbery and two counts of breach of probation. Also Mustafa Mohamoud, age 26 of Ottawa, was charged with robbery, wearing a disguise, and three counts of breach of recognizance.

149) On March 20, 2012, members of DART arrested two suspects and a search of their vehicle uncovered a 9mm Glock Pistol with ammunition, and $1540 in cash. During the operation, crack cocaine was seized as well.
Charged are: Al-Shammari Ahmed, 20yrs of Ottawa and A 17 year old male Young Offender

150) Actions speak louder than an 11th-hour apology, a prosecutor argued Tuesday as she sought 12 years for the "brutal, senseless and completely unprovoked" attack that left 51-year-old Sean Murphy dead.
Mohamed Jama Yusuf, 23, pleaded guilty to manslaughter, admitting he punched Murphy, a complete stranger, as he rode his bike towards Yusuf outside a Mac's Milk store just after midnight on Aug. 26, 2008.
He then stomped and kicked the older, slighter man on the ground............

151) Ali Madadgar, 20, of Edmonton, has been charged with aggravated assault, discharge firearm with intent to injure, unauthorized possession of a firearm, and possession of a weapon dangerous to the public.....
