Our Canadian Justice System rife with judges who are either senile or totally stupid

Yet another judge's ruling that further proves that there is something very rotten with the Justice System in Canada.  We need to increase the "minimum" sentences on almost all crimes and we need to re-introduce the death penalty.  I am totally with Charles Adler of  SUNTV on the need for overhauling our Justice System to serve the victims and not the perpetrators.

Manitoba's provincial court judge Catherine Carlson is a clown.  I wonder if anybody will remember to approach her when in a few months  this slime is set free and yet more children are abused by this monster who should have been locked up for at least a decade.  A two-year sentence is an insult to his many known victims.  God alone knows how many others there were who did not come forward.
