It's amazing the kind of stuff one can find on the internet highway. Last night, I was hunting around for something quite unrelated, and stumbled upon this fascinating doc from the US Embassy in Ottawa.sent to the US Sec of State in Aug 2004. After reading this, I can understand why the US law enforcement agencies tend to think that Canada is a breeding ground for terrorists, especially the Provinces of Ontario and Quebec.
And, bear in mind that the document is from 2004. Six year later, we are in much deeper shit and sinking further.
