Women getting raped are the criminals in the United Arab Emirates

Austrian woman reports she was raped and the authorities take away her passport and throw her in jail.  Don't forget that UAE is a NATO member and our ally. It took a lot of pressure from people all around the world to win her release.... after a two month ordeal.  Yup ... believe it.  The person getting raped is the criminal, the poor, sweet rapist is the victim. Mind you, this is the same mindset in all the Muslim nations ... not just the UAE.

From ClarionProject:
After reporting a rape in Dubai,  a 29-year-old student from Austria was arrested for the “crime” of engaging in extra marital sex and told by police that she would be charged and sent to prison for one year unless she married her rapist. She was also accused of drinking alcohol, another crime in Dubai, the capital of the United Arab Emirates

The woman, who is understood to be Muslim, had been at a party in a hotel where alcohol is oftentimes served to Westerners. She was attacked by a Yemini man who cornered her in an underground parking lot. After reporting the rape, her passport was taken away and she was jailed by Dubai authorities.

The Austrian Foreign Ministry sent a special crisis team to Dubai to negotiate her release, which came surprisingly quickly. The woman, who remains unnamed, was allowed to leave Dubai and arrived recently in Vienna after a two-month ordeal.

"We noticed that a favorable moment arose to get her out. (Foreign) Minister (Sebastian) Kurz personally authorized me to travel down there and, if possible, to bring her back to Vienna, and that is what we did," said Michael Linhart, secretary general of the Austrian Foreign Ministry, speaking to ORF radio.

Linhart also said that it remains to be seen if the UAE will drop the charges against her.

An online petition, initiated by the international advocacy organization Avaaz, demanding the woman's release garnered over a quarter of a million signatures in just a few days and is believed to have contributed to successfully pressuring authorities in the UAE to release the woman......

Austrian peacekeepers on the Golan Heights brought back home

BBC is reporting that because of  the dangerous situation there, not only Austria but Canada, Japan and Croatia have all withdrawn their  peacekeeping forces on the Golan Heights.   However, I couldn't find a single item about our withdrawal  if we ever had a force of Canadian peacekeepers on that border.  Guess all the Canadian "journalists" and "reporters" were kept too busy trying to find the non-existent Mayor Rob Ford crack cocaine video.  The only thing about Canadian peacekeepers withdrawal I was able to find was this and it's from way back in 2006, long before the Syrian civil war started.  Either BBC has done half-baked reporting as usual,   OR our Canadian MSM is fast asleep OR  we probably had a  couple of "observers" on the border who are now back home.  I hate it when we are told lies, half-truths or kept in the dark...intentionally or not.

The Syrian army has taken control of a UN-monitored crossing in the Golan Heights that had been overrun by rebel forces, Israeli military sources say.
Tanks and armoured vehicles were used in the fighting at Quneitra, near Israeli-held territory.
Austria has said it will withdraw its peacekeepers from the Golan Heights because of the fighting....
The involvement of Hezbollah and the upsurge of fighting near the ceasefire line with Israel in the Golan have both raised fears that the conflict could spread across Syria's borders.

Rebels seized the crossing near the town of Quneitra earlier on Thursday, with explosions and heavy shelling rocking the area.
But an Israeli military source said Syrian government forces retook the symbolically significant position hours later, and that it was now relatively quiet in the area..
Two UN peacekeepers were wounded as fighting raged around the crossing and Quneitra.
Austria said it would withdraw its soldiers because the threat had "reached an unacceptable level".
Austrian troops make up more than a third of the more than 900-strong UN force monitoring the demilitarised zone and Quneitra - the only open crossing between Syria and the Israeli-controlled Golan Heights.
Israel expressed regret at Austria's decision, and said it hoped it would not lead to "further escalation" in the region.
The UN said the withdrawal of Austrian troops would affect the mission's operational capacity and it would look for replacements.

Croatia, Canada and Japan had already withdrawn their contingents in the Golan because of the conflict in Syria.........

From TheGuardianUK:
Israel has reacted angrily to Austria's decision  to withdraw its peacekeeping forces from the Golan Heights, saying the move has undermined the authority of the United Nations as the Syrian civil war threatens to spill over the border into Israel.
Israeli officials say the withdrawal of Austrian troops from the peacekeeping force monitoring the demilitarised border area following the injury of a Filipino soldier during clashes on Thursday threatened the role of the UN Security Council in any future negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians.
In a statement issued late on Thursday afternoon, Austria announced its decision to remove all 380 of its troops from the 1,000-strong force on the Israel-Syrian border due to the "continuing deterioration of the situation in the area"...........

We must encourage all Muslim imams in Canada to follow imam Mahmoud's good example

Day dreaming is a hobby of mine.

....Officials in Germany say  some 30 Islamic extremists have left the country and travelled to Egypt in recent weeks following a call from an influential imam.....

...  Der Spiegel reports this week the Salafists see an opportunity to live the "true Islamic" life or to "fight unbelievers" in post-Mubarak Egypt......

Austria .... gone to the dogs .... very rabid ones

This ruling by the appeasing Austrian lawmakers, who in their colossal stupidity coupled with  an inherit anti-semitism built in their DNA, will not only make Elizabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff's name go down in history as one of the first women to be slapped with an irrational judgement by lickers of muslim butts, it will also mean, among other things, that members of the EU will stand in a never-ending queue to punish all truth tellers about this hateful cult  in order to taste more muslim butts.

Henrik Clausen writes on the implications of the recent ruling re. this shameful ruling out of Austria.

....The implications of this are huge, for how are we to speak out against the tradition of child brides that still exist in many Islamic countries if we're not even permitted to express any ”excess of opinion”, as defined by the Court? Would we have to run every possible criticism or sarcastic comment past the Court for approval before it is made public? What are people whose e livelihood consists of satire and mockery – stand-up comedians, satire magazines – supposed to do if they come across the idea to mock religiously sanctioned sexual relationships with minors, or those who justify them?

Also, according to the Courts of Austria, we are supposed to avoid the term 'paedophilia' when talking about old men having sex with prepubescent girls. For, according to the Court of Austria, 'paedophilia' denotes the urge to have sex with under age girls, not the actual act of doing so. Further, if these sexual relations continue until the girl reaches maturity, calling the relationship 'paedophile' is an excess of opinion that cannot be permitted. One wonders what Mr. Fritzl thinks of that decision.........
