Toronto .... an army of cops surrounding one lone nutty teenager while a deranged cop empties his gun into the kid ...and so many, many, many more cases that hardly ever make the news.

Motorcyclist charged with gang assault. Off-duty and undercover cops did nothing to stop biker beatdown of dad
Bikers Reggie Chance — who allegedly pulled Manhattan dad Alexian Lien from his SUV — and Robert Sims surrendered to authorities on Friday. Sims was charged with gang assault and criminal possession of a weapon, among other charges. Undercover and off-duty cops were among the bikers that chased Lien and his family, the Daily News learned.
An undercover NYPD detective, afraid of blowing his cover, watched a frothing motorcycle mob terrorize a defenseless Manhattan dad, the Daily News learned Friday.
The off-duty officer was one of two detectives riding Sunday with the two-wheeled thugs who yanked Alexian Lien from his Range Rover and inflicted a beatdown near W. 178th St. in front of the driver’s family, a source told the Daily News............
