Muslim Crime Wave in Canada ... Part XXXVII

338)  A woman has been sentenced to 27 months    in prison in connection to the death of her nine-week-old son in a bizarre case where the infant boy’s body has yet to be recovered.
Both parents Ricky Ray Doodhnaught, 32, and Nadia Ayyad, 24, have been implicated in the case that dates back to November 2011 when Children’s Aid workers along with York Regional Police attempted to seize two children under a court order from a Vaughan home.....

339) A Centennial College business student who offered lifts to two female acquaintances, only to drive to a secluded spot and force them to perform oral sex, has been sentenced to five years in jail.
“I regard the offender as a dangerous man,” Ontario Superior Court Justice Robert Goldstein said Wednesday. “He appears to regard women as chattels.”
Samsuldeen Ajimotokan told the judge Wednesday he had learned a lot from the time already spent in jail and hoped to improve his life. But Ajimotokan appeared increasingly agitated as the judge gave his reasons for sentence, and after Goldstein left the courtroom, he spat out a foul epithet toward his two victims, sitting in court.....
.....“These assaults were premeditated and planned,” the judge said, adding that in both cases, he pre-selected the locations.
On Feb. 5, Goldstein convicted Ajimotokan of several counts of utter threats to cause bodily harm, utter death threats, forcible confinement and sex assault.
While on bail for these offences he committed another sex assault, for which he was sentenced, Goldstein said.
Ajimotokan’s sentence will be reduced by 18 months for pretrial credit, leaving him 3 ½ years left to serve.....

340)  Toronto police have identified   a suspect in the shooting death of one man and the wounding of another outside a King St. nightclub last week, and are asking him to turn himself in.
Nisar Hashimi, 23, is wanted on a charge of first-degree murder in the death of 21-year-old Anthony Smith and the attempted murder of a second man, Det. Joyce Schertzer told a news conference Wednesday afternoon.
Hashimi had made arrangements through his lawyer to surrender to police on Wednesday morning, Schertzer said, but he did not show up.
Police are now publicly calling for Hashimi to surrender today.
“You will be apprehended,” Schertzer said in comments directed to Hashimi. “Turn yourself in to police immediately.”
She added that “those who harbour him will be prosecuted accordingly.”.........

Here's a case of a convert sitting in a Mauritania prison. Also see item 345) below. ....Aaron Yoon, a London, Ont.,    man who went overseas with two high school friends who later perished participating in a militant attack on an Algerian gas plant, has told CBC News he is shocked to hear his friends were killed.....
...Asked what had happened that led Medlej and Katsiroubas to become associated with militants, Yoon said: “ I have no idea. I have been in prison. In reality, I don't really care because I care about my own self.
“I’ve been in prison for a year … almost two years now and I don't see any help from the Canadian government.
“I have been wrongfully accused, I’ve been beat up and tortured. I’m still sick and I still don’t see any medical attention yet," he said.
Yoon said he didn't know why he was arrested and sent to prison, maintaining he had no involvement with militants........

342)   A probe into counterfeit fashion wear in Oshawa led to a raid on three businesses and the arrest of four people.
Durham Regional Police began investigating a Simcoe St. S. store in February, after being tipped that fake designer clothes were being sold.
After learning of another outlet allegedly selling bogus brand names in Toronto, Major Fraud Unit detectives enlisted the help of the real manufacturers to assist in the investigation.
On Wednesday, a team of Durham, OPP and Toronto Police officers raided ATQ Clothing on Dufferin St. in Toronto; Baba Fashions in Oshawa and the home of the business owners on Rosefield Rd. in Pickering.
Counterfeit clothes, sunglasses, shoes and accessories valued at $750,000 were seized.

It is alleged that:
− the suspect committed a sexual assault, in 2012, while in Pakistan

344) Police are appealing to the public  for help in finding a man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for attempted murder in connection a February stabbing.
Mussa Boru, 31, is wanted in connection with a fight involving at least three people during a house party near 107th Avenue and 103rd Street, police said Friday in a news release.
Two people at the party stabbed a 21-year-old man multiple times, police said.
“The man received life-threatening injuries and was rushed to hospital following the incident, and has since recovered,” Det. Kevin Harrison said in the statement.
Boru is wanted on charges of attempted murder, aggravated assault, break and enter with intent, and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose....

345) On Thursday, the RCMP held a news conference   to finally confirm what most Canadians had known for several days. The two Canadians whose human remains had been identified among the terrorists killed in the final assault at the natural-gas plant in Algeria were Ali Medlej, 24, and Xristos Katsiroubas, 22.
The two men went to South Secondary School in London, Ont., along with a third friend, Aaron Yoon, 24. Medlej and Yoon both graduated, while Katsiroubas dropped out after completing Grade 11.
In 2007, Medlej and Katsiroubas travelled to Edmonton to look for work.
They had to be evicted from their rental apartment because they caused significant damage, including holes punched in the walls. It was there that Medlej and another man, Benjamin Caleb Thomas, were also arrested for shoplifting and fined.
That same year, a relative of Ali Medlej notified police, concerned that his nephew was hanging out with the wrong crowd. Shortly thereafter, CSIS agents interviewed friends and family of Medlej and Katsiroubas. Yoon, too, seems to have been on the security intelligence radar.
Five years later, in June 2012, the RCMP was asking questions about the three friends, but by then they had left Canada, along with a fourth man yet to be identified. Yoon ended up in jail in Mauritania; Medlej and Katsiroubas in Algeria.
At the Thursday news conference, Superintendent Marc Richer said that the RCMP is “seeking the assistance of the public” in an effort to learn more about what events led to Medlej and Katsiroubas leaving Canada.
The two men and their other friends were not under surveillance when they left Canada sometime last year. It seems that no one knows exactly when they left the country.
So was this a security failure?.............
