The Human Stain

Anthony Hopkins, Gary Sinise and Wentworth Miller all do a great job in this far from the run-of-the-mill movie.  If not for the irritating whispering from actress Nicole Kidman, I would have given this film a 10 out of 10.  Bonus is seeing Ed Harris, 60-something but extremely fit looking.
 
Definitely worth watching even if at times you want to reach into Kidman's throat and operate on her vocal chords.

The movie is based on a  novel written by one of my favorite writers, Philip Roth.   His books were banned from the library at my school... and that was all the more reason to read him.
