I strongly believe that women should have the right to be topless in public, and I would like to encourage that freedom. Forcing women to wear shirts is fascist...

And I was told every woman in the province needed this "Liberation".
From the photos I have seen of most of these fruit loops I would suggest that most of them do it to distract attention from their faces which are even more ugly than their bodies.
