"Charitable, loving, hard-working, good family man" jihadist

Yup !  The description given to any one of these jihadists sounds like a standard personal bio and identity they all adopt for themselves.  They look, talk, walk, work and play just like anybody else ...and that makes them all the more dangerous.

Daniel Beekman writing at NYDailyNews:
....New York-raised jihadist Sabirhan  Hasanoff gets 18 years in prison. A Manhattan federal judge acknowledged clean-cut Baruch College alum Hasanoff, 37, led a 'charitable, loving' life before he became involved with terrorist operatives in Dubai and Yemen, but said the former accountant must pay for sending money and equipment to Al Qaeda and casing out the New York Stock Exchange for a potential terror attack.

Fearful that he still believes in violent jihad, a judge sentenced a Brooklyn and Queens-raised Al Qaeda wannabe Monday to 18 years in prison.
Manhattan Federal Court Judge Kimba Wood acknowledged that clean-cut Baruch College alum Sabirhan Hasanoff, 37, led a "charitable, loving" life before he became involved with terrorist operatives in Dubai and Yemen.
But she said the former accountant must pay for sending money and equipment to Al Qaeda and casing out the New York Stock Exchange for a potential terror attack.

"Everything before the court suggests that until his conversion to extremism he was a hard-working, good family man," Wood said. "None of that, however, deterred him from planning to leave his family and die fighting jihad against Americans."
Prosecutors and Wood said Hasanoff, who pleaded guilty last year, started down the path to radical Islam in 2003 while living in Brooklyn as a naturalized U.S. citizen.
The Abraham Lincoln High School graduate later moved to Dubai for work and along with another Brooklyn transplant, Wesam El-Hanafi, linked up with a Danish convert to Islam bent on waging holy war.......
