Muslim Crime Wave in Canada ... Part XXV


With the sectarian violence between the different Islamic sects heating up in the Muslim countries, how long before they bring their hatred for each other to the West?  From now on, any crime involving Muslims against Muslims, is highly suspect as being a sectarian violence .... in my opinion.

241) On Tuesday, July 24, 2012,    a man was arrested for a sexual assault.
It is alleged that:
− on Tuesday, July 24, 2012, at approximately 9 a.m., a 38−year−old woman was walking in Ernest Thompson Seton Park, in the Thorncliffe Park Drive/Overlea Boulevard area
− she was approached by a man on a bicycle and sexually assaulted
− the man fled in a northeasterly direction through the park
On Tuesday, July 24, 2012, at 3:30 p.m., Waleed Khalid Awan, 18, of Toronto, was arrested. He has been charged....

242)On Sunday, July 8, 2012,   at 6 a.m., police responded to call for the sound of gunshots at 320 Dixon Road.
It is alleged that:− the accused, while armed with a handgun, approached a group of men
− the accused then pointed the handgun and shot at the men
− the shots missed the men
− the accused then fled the scene
Ahmed Yusuf, 20, of Toronto, is wanted for....
On Wednesday, July 11, 2012,   at approximately 11 p.m., Ahmed Yusuf, 20, of Toronto, surrendered to police at 23 Division.
He has been charged

243) Peel – Officers    from the Peel Regional Police Street Crime Gang Unit have executed a search warrant and made a significant seizure of heroin.
In response to complaints about possible drug trafficking in a number of Brampton and Mississauga residential neighbourhoods, members of the Street Crime Gang Unit commenced an investigation which culminated in the identification of a male believed to be responsible for supplying area drug traffickers with heroin.
Wednesday July 25, 2012, a search warrant was executed by the Street Crime Gang Unit at an address in Toronto. Seized was 1.62 pounds (739 grams) of heroin and a large sum of cash. The street value of the heroin is estimated to be $220,000.
Charged with Trafficking in Heroin and Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking is Baktazh BALOUCH, 25yrs of age from Toronto. BALOUCH was held for a bail hearing and will appear in a Toronto court.....

244) It is alleged that :    − on multiple occasions, the owner of Le Monde Cafe, 5418 Yonge Street, sexually assaultedtwo female employees, a 22−year−old, and a 20−year−old, in the cafe
On Thursday, July 26, 2012, at approximately 2 p.m., Mohammad Reza "Roy" Arabi, 55, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:
1) ten counts of Sexual assault
He was scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West, room 306, on Friday, July 27, 2012, at 10:00 a.m.
Mohammad Reza "Roy" Arabi has been the owner of the cafe since 1997. Police believe there may be more victims.

245)Further to this    Toronto Police Services report  Hussain Saeed, 20,
of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:1) Second−Degree murder
He is scheduled to appear in court at 1911 Eglington Ave East, in courtroom 412, on Friday,July 27, 2012, at 2 p.m.
Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the following on Sunday, July 22, 2012, to contact police:
− a confrontation, just after midnight, at the Shell gas station, 1670 McCowan Road
− a confrontation, at approximately 1:45 a.m., at 1703 McCowan Road
− a confrontation, at approximately 1:50 a.m., southbound on McCowan Road, from 1703 McCowan Road, ending at Highway 401

246) − on Saturday, July 28, 2012,   officers from the Toronto Police Gun and Gang Task Force executed a search warrant at a home on Dombey Road − police seized a Harrington and Richardson 732 .32 revolver
Roger Robert Ali, 22, of Toronto, has been charged

247)   (Muslim Sectarian/Sunni-Shia violence in Canada????)    HAMILTON, Ont.  An Ontario man is facing a murder charge after police investigating a suspected arson discovered a body in a building destroyed by fire.
The body of 21-year-old Samir Anbari was found in the rubble after fire broke out in a building under renovation in Hamilton on Saturday.
The cause of death has been determined as smoke inhalation due to fire.
Hamilton police have charged 30-year-old Sami Karnaz of Mississauga with arson and disregard for human life.
Police say he will also be charged with second-degree murder when he appears in court tomorrow.

248)  (Muslim Sectarian/Sunni-Shia violence in Canada????)   A man sought in connection with a double stabbing that left a Vaughan resident dead and sent another man to hospital has turned himself in to police.
With his lawyer in tow, Nema Mansouri surrendered at the York Regional Police station in Vaughan just after 4:30 p.m. Friday, a police spokesperson said.
The 28-year-old Toronto man was being sought on charges of second-degree murder and attempted murder in connection with an incident on Colombo Crescent.
Mr. Mansouri will appear in Newmarket court tomorrow via video conference.
Police responded to a weapons call on Colombo, a quiet street near Jane Street and Teston Road, at 11:50 p.m. last Wednesday.
An altercation had occurred that resulted in two men, 22 and 27, suffering stab wounds, police said.
Both were taken to Sunnybrook Hospital, where Muzaffar Goraya of Vaughan was pronounced dead.

249)  (Muslim Sectarian/Sunni-Shia violence in Canada????)    An Iraqi-Canadian who    helped fellow refugees find safety in Canada has been charged with second-degree murder in connection with the stabbing of one of his own.
Azize Sepan, 48, fled Iraq in 1985 as bombs exploded around him and thousands of people died in the Iran-Iraq War. He was a registered refugee, sponsored by the Canadian government.
Since arriving in Canada, Sepan chose to help other Iraqis make similar transitions. He worked alongside World Vision, helping more than 100 Iraqis make the move.
On Wednesday, police arrested Sepan in connection with the fatal stabbing of 29-year-old Evan Gorgees — a fellow Iraqi who moved to Canada two years ago.

250) The Ottawa Police Service   Major Crime Section has obtained a Canada Wide Warrant in the first instance for Maher S. MAJED, 21 years old of Ottawa in relation to the death of Khalid Doreh last March.
MAJED is charged with one count of First Degree Murder and two counts of Attempted Murder. He is described as a male of Middle Eastern descent, 6’1” (195cm), 230lbs (104kg), husky build, short black hair, brown eyes and facial hair
