Morley Torgov's book brought to life.
This is a 1988 film made in Winnipeg and rural Manitoba locations. After the success of the movie it gave rise to the TV series "Max Glick".
Saul Rubinek as Rabbi Teitelman is hilarious and Noam Zylberman as Maximilian Glick shows so much talent. A very enjoyable movie.
