A Case Study in Stealth Jihad ... the Ingrid Mattson and Huron College deception .... Part 3

The weird happenings at Huron College in London, Ontario, continue to  haunt non-Muslim Canadians.  To say that there is "stealth jihad" in London, Ontario, is IMO, a gross understatement.  It's not just that there is a concentrated effort to islamize London, Ontario ... it's raging all over that area plus several other pockets of Ontario and indeed large swaths of land all over Canada and threatens the very existence of non-Muslims.  To think that this sort of thing is happening in our supposedly famed "diversity proud" Canada is a fearsome development.  Will the islamization of Canada start from the Province of Ontario ... or has it already started with a vengeance?  IMO, the islamization of Canada started more than a decade ago and if these kind of Trojan Horse dangerous situations are not  nipped in the bud right now .... then start visualizing your kids and your future descendants shackled in the slavery of an ideology disguised as a religion, an ideology which is more like a  cult, a curse on planet Earth.

Barbara Kay writing at NationalPost:
....Huron College should open  up its Islam course, or shut it down.
The late Mary Daly, a militant feminist, was a long-time academic at Jesuit-run Boston College. She was a revered icon in the feminist movement, but largely unknown to the general public until, in the 1990s, a male student initiated a lawsuit against Boston for Daly’s attempt to exclude males from a Womens Studies course. Daly would not back down, the plaintiff was successful in his suit, and Daly “retired” as a result.

This was of course the correct outcome to that case. How can any tax-funded institution of higher learning exclude any student from a course on the basis of his sex? But if we can agree on that – and I am sure all reasonable people do – then how is it that in 2014, 20 years on and, one would assume 20 years more enlightened on equality issues, a Canadian college finds it acceptable that a professor is excluding a student on the basis of his religion?

Here is the back story as told to me in an interview with Moray Watson.

On Dec 27th, Watson was browsing the website of a London mosque – Watson, an atheist of Christian background, is a candid worrier about what he perceives as a growing threat of Islamism in London – and he saw an advertisement for a course, designed and to be taught by Huron’s Chair of Islamic Studies, Dr. Ingrid Mattson, “The Muslim Voice: Islamic Preaching, Public Speaking and Worship.” The course was open to the public, the only prerequisite being an undergraduate degree.

Watson immediately signed up to audit the course (the course was open for credit or audit at that time), because he was curious to know how ............

A Case Study in Stealth Jihad ... the Ingrid Mattson deception .... Part 2

I posted the comment below at someone named John E. Riutta's blog this morning.  Why do so many people like this man think that they know better than others because they read those weighty volumes,  whereas others who use commonsense have far more knowledge than these morons?
"Maybe when you get the chance, I know you are kept very busy singing the praises of Ingrid Mattson and her books, which includes the Koran-her-style, you should visit this website http://www.answeringmuslims.com/and give a listen to someone who is able to explain whatever it is you are brainwashed with,  with the truth behind whatever it is you are reading.  Just keeping your head inside books without raising your eyes to what's happening around us because of the writings in the Koran, makes you a very dumb person.  That's my personal opinion of you and of course you can dismiss me as a bigot and hater.  That's your opinion and your right."
Below is the beginning of his long love letter to  Ingrid Mattson.  He, of course, made sure she saw what he had written by tweeting the link to her and his piece is now being linked by other stealth jihadists (see how he and others in the comments section have managed to talk about free Korans that can be mailed to those wanting to read them.)

We are our own worst enemies .... this man is an example of that.

Now back to my Olympics watching.   The Figure Skating events are about to start.

John E Riutta at his blog says:
....Not so very long ago,  in the middle of a casual chat with a long-time acquaintance in a local café, I made a comment that changed the entire direction of the conversation, “You know, just this morning I read in the Qur’ān that…”

No sooner had I finished my sentence than my conversational partner – completely side-stepping the observation I had made – quizzically asked “Why are you reading the Qur’ān?”

I was momentarily struck dumb. Why am I reading the Qur’ān? Why wouldn’t I be reading the Qur’ān? After all, I had just spent the previous year reading the entirety of the King James Version of the Bible, including its often overlooked Apocrypha; thus my now taking up the Qur’ān made perfectly logical sense to me. It continues the direct lineage of the faiths collectively known as the People of the Book, it’s the guiding scripture of over a billion of the world’s presently living inhabitants, and it’s a book I had not previously read.

However my inquirer would have none of this. That I had spent a year daily working my way through the King James Version made perfect sense and was even laudable to her, “but the Qur’ān…” She then began equivocating somewhat disconnectedly, bouncing through assorted themes that betrayed her entire understanding of the book to have come from the all-too-often sensationalistic popular American media.

“Have you ever read it for yourself?” I gently interrupted.

“Good heavens no!” she exclaimed. “Why would I?”.............

A Case Study in Stealth Jihad ... the Ingrid Mattson deception .... Part 1

I found two items at my blog from back in October 2011 relating to the dangerous stuff emitting from this woman. It is indeed a matter of great concern that our Canadian govt. is blind to the unacceptable situation that this lady is creating for non-Muslims.

One is an article by Bruce Bawer writing at FrontPageMag which also links to Barbara Kay's article of that time and another one is by Winfield Myers at American Thinker (all three links below) and Myers article has dozens of links within his piece.

Bruce Bawer writes:
...Ingrid Mattson: A Case Study in Stealth Jihad.
In a recent column for Canada’s National Post, the invaluable Barbara Kay writes about one Ingrid Mattson, a Catholic who was raised in Kitchener, Ontario, converted to Islam, and went on to become a major figure in the North American Islamic establishment.  Until recently she taught Islamic Studies at Hartford Seminary, where, as Kay puts it, citing an account by Andrew Bieszad of his experiences as a student there, “Islam and other faiths were held to very different standards in classroom discussions.”
In one “interfaith dialogue” class, for example, Bieszad said, “I am Catholic and I do not believe in Islam.” Following this, according to Bieszad’s account, “one of the Muslim students spoke. She said that she was Muslim, and then she addressed me directly. In a soft, Arabic accented voice, she told me, ‘You are an infidel because you do not accept Islam’ and that ‘according to Islam you do not deserve to live.’ A second Muslim student heartily agreed.’ ”

Bieszad reports that when he brought such incidents to the attention of the administration, he was told that he was “intolerant of Muslims,” and that the best solution was a better “understanding of Islam.”

“Not a single classmate, Muslim or non-Muslim, ever spoke up in support of my opinion, even on the principle that different views should be respected,” Bieszad writes..............

Winfield Myers writes:
Academic Pay to Play:  Radical Islamists Fund One of Their Own in Ontario.Huron University College (HUC) in Ontario announced Friday morning the appointment of Ingrid Mattson, a professor at Hartford Seminary in Connecticut and former president of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), as the first London and Windsor Community Chair in Islamic Studies at its Faculty of Theology.
The move validates widespread concern, as revealed in this Campus Watch article by Canadian journalist Barbara Kay and a letter from concerned faculty and friends at HUC, both published in May, that the support of several Islamist groups in funding the chair would lead to the appointment of a radical Islamist as the first holder. In Ingrid Mattson, the funders' wishes have been fulfilled.
Mattson, an Ontario native and convert to Islam whom the New York Times called, "perhaps the most noticed figure among American Muslim women," has a long history of defending, denying, and obfuscating the true nature of radical Islam in settings both academic and political.  She was the first woman and convert to lead ISNA, which has close ties to the Muslim Brotherhood and was named an unindicted co-conspirator in the 2007 U.S. v. Holy Land Foundation, a terrorism financing case that tracked monies funneled to Hamas.  Daniel Pipes has written that, under Mattson's leadership, ISNA was "a key component of the Wahhabi lobby."  Journalist Stephen Schwartz noted earlier this year that, her tenure at ISNA complete, Mattson was "still advancing radical Islam," as she did in an October, 2001, CNN chat room when she claimed that Wahhabi Islam "really was analogous to the European protestant reformation."................

Stealth Jihad ... the case of Ingrid Mattson or how ...

the taqiyyah masters dupe us gullible infidels time and time again. Bruce Bawer writes about the stealth jihad going on at Huron College:

....Only days after the Holy Land trial, USA Today ran a profile of Mattson by Cathy Lynn Grossman that was nothing less than glowing. Amazingly – or not – Grossman didn’t even mention the trial. Gushing over Mattson as the “face of Islam in America,” Grossman poured out the kind of prose that is to be found in American newspapers these days only when the subject is Islam. Mattson, we learned, was a convert who had “found her spiritual home in Islam,” a “faith she chose at age 23, drawn in, she says, by Islam’s beauty, its ethos of service and its synthesis of life and faith in which every act relates to God.” (When was the last time you read anything like that in a major American newspaper about Christianity, Judaism, Buddhism, Hinduism, or any other religion?)......
