New era for the second most populous country on our planet

After decades of  being monopolized by the Gandhi-Nehru clan of India,  Indians have chosen to do away with their elite big shots and elect a party that represents the real India.

One of the first things  Narendra Modi did after the landslide victory was to go visit his mother to get her blessings.

His animosity towards Muslims who are influenced by Pakistan and Saudi Arabia is well-known, however, according to some stuff  I read,  he is very pally with patriotic Muslims who bear alliance to India and nowhere else and who are more into business and not  in the least bit into either islam or Pakistan. The same goes for the Christians of India ... as long as they don't make trouble like the aggressive Muslims, he is fine with them, otherwise ... watch out!

The Indian stock market loves this man.  Good times ahead for India's economy.

From HindustanTimes:
....Modi leads BJP to landslide victory,  says good days ahead.
Underlining the humiliation of India’s oldest party, vice-president Rahul Gandhi struggled initially against the BJP’s Smriti Irani in the Gandhi family bastion of Amethi, and several senior ministers bit the dust.
Modi led the BJP back to power after a decade in opposition, taking advantage of public anger at Congress for uncontrolled high prices, corruption scams and rising unemployment.
The triumph capped an amazing run for the 63-year-old chief minister of Gujarat, who ran a high-voltage campaign that rewrote the political rulebook and caught his rivals napping.....

  1. Well I hope he doesn't turn into just another greedy corrupt politician now that he is in power.
