according to reports most of the damage has been done in Beaufort County.

....A State of Emergency has been declared in Beaufort County after a tornado destroyed homes and left 15 people injured, according to North Carolina Emergency Management.
As of 9 Saturday morning, at least a couple of thousand customers are without power.
According to a release from Beaufort County, the State of Emergency went into effect at 10:30 p.m. Friday. Travel in Beaufort County should be restricted to emergency situations until 7 a.m. Sunday.....
