You gotta laugh at the names the Toronto cops have given these bank robbers!
One bandit from the four mentioned below, has been nabbed. There's a nice reward to anybody who can help the police with their enquiries to nail the others.

Canadian Bankers Association and TPS Hold Up appeal for assistance
identifying four bank robbery suspects

Toronto Police Service Hold Up investigators are requesting the public's assistance trying to identify four suspects in unsolved bank robberies.
The Canadian Bankers Association will top up the Crime Stoppers payout by fifty per cent for information leading to the arrest and conviction of these suspects.
"Pleather Bandit"
On Tuesday, March 11, 2014, at 4:10 p.m., the Bank of Montreal was robbed at King Street West and Dufferin Street .
It is reported that:
- a man entered the bank
- he handed over a note, which indicated he was armed with a gun
- he made a verbal demand to the teller for a specific amount of money
- no weapon was seen but he kept his right hand inside his jacket, indicating he was armed.
He is described as being 40-50, 5'10"-6', foreign accent, prescription glasses. He was wearing a brown leather-type jacket with a black toque.

On Wednesday, January 15, 2014, at 3 p.m., the Scotiabank was robbed at Spadina Avenue and Adelaide Street West .
It is reported that:
- the man entered the bank carrying a black bag and approached a teller
- he handed over a robbery note demanding cash
- he pointed to his coat and verbally indicated he was armed with a gun
- no weapon was seen
He is described as white, in his 40s, 5'5"-5'9". He was wearing black clothing and toque, sunglasses, and carrying a laptop bag.
Police are releasing a security camera video of the unknown suspect and requesting the public's assistance with his identification.

"Box Cutter Bandit"
On Wednesday March 12, 2014 at 3:10 p.m., the Royal Bank was robbed at Bloor Street West and Royal York Road. Then, at 3:45 p.m., the Scotiabank at Bloor Street West and Windermere Avenue was robbed by the same suspect.
On Wednesday March 26 , 2014, at 3:40 p.m., the CIBC was robbed at Bloor Street West and Royal York Road.
It is reported that:
- the man entered the bank and approached a teller
- he leaned into the counter displaying a box-cutter-style knife in his right hand
- he verbally indicated he was robbing the bank
- he threatened to harm the victim and demanded a specific amount of money
