Canada is too lenient on rascals who should be sent to jail

What this 18 yr old did during the Vancouver riots is a crime.... nothing but. If the car had blown up there would have been deaths and injuries for sure. And to slap him with just a 2 year suspension from polo and no jail time boggles the mind of any law abiding citizen. Is it any wonder that people in Canada don't think twice about breaking any law?

The Conservative govt. is proving to be as ineffectual as the lame-duck Lib govt. before it  that has been responsible for bringing Canada to this state of lunacy.

A two-year ban has been levelled at a junior-age water polo player who was photographed stuffing a cloth into the gas tank of a police car during the Staley Cup riots in the streets of Vancouver after the Canucks’ Game 7 loss.

Water Polo Canada imposed the suspension on Nathan Kotylak, 18, of Maple Ridge, B.C. The ban will prevent the athlete’s participation in representing Canada in any national team program until June, 2013. ......
