The plot thickens .... Pakistan has been sweetening the campaign pots of US candidates since the mid-1990s

Pakistan, along with Saudi Arabia are the most villianous nations on our planet. What a circus politics is. USA funnels money to Pakistan as aid and than Pakistan funnels part of that money back to the USA to probably those same congressmen who passed their funding applications so that those crooks can get elected again and again. In this case the Pakistanis were using the money for lobbying the USA to make a stand against India on the Kashmiri issue.

Dr. Zaheer Ahmad, 63 and Syed Ghulam Nabi Fai, 62 both US Citizens were the instruments of the ISI .... the same ISI that was instrumental in the Mumbai terrorist attack on hotels and elsewhere.

....The affidavit said that money from Pakistan was moved through a network of “straw donors” in the United States, comprised of U.S.-based Pakistani doctors and businessmen. These intermediaries donated small amounts to the council and were reimbursed, according to the affidavit by FBI agent Sarah Webb Linden. Four Pakistani men directed the operation for the government; Fai’s main handlers were two ISI officials, the affidavit said.....

One congressman caught with dirty money in his campaign pots,  is Dan Burton, Republican.
