Images of the dead and dying in Syria .... too baroque to be real?

A reader of  Spiegel International had severe doubts about the images he saw in the mag  and gets SI to investigate and give further details.

Yup ... war is horrendous.   Thank your stars you are not living in the countries going through those  horrors right now.
