In Part 3, we examined how global forces have aligned behind the Praxian vision of a Network Empire as we move towards a UN 2.0 multipolar world. Now, in the concluding Part 4, we will see how all of this is coalescing in events playing out in the Middle East, how it is shaping global governance, and how, in microcosm, it is being applied to New Gaza.
