Muslim Crime Wave in Canada .... Part XXXII

288) A psychiatric evaluation  has been ordered for a Laval man charged with an alleged attempted child abduction in Montreal's Outremont borough.Police say the suspect's defence asked for the evaluation Thursday afternoon.
Chiheb Battikh, 51, was charged with kidnapping with intent to obtain a ransom, armed assault, assault causing injuries, possessing a prohibited weapon and carrying a concealed weapon....

289) On Sunday, December 30th, 2012 at approximately 12:30am officers with the Peel Regional Police S.T.E.P. (Strategic and Tactical Enforcement Policing) program stopped a vehicle on McLaughlin Road just north of Britannia Road. Through investigation, a small quantity of drugs, ammunition and a 9mm Smith + Wesson semi-automatic firearm was located.
Muhammad Hamaz KHAN, a 22 year-old resident of Mississauga is facing the following charges:....

290) ... Twenty-eight-year old Reza Moazami    is facing additional charges and remains in custody after allegedly breaching court-ordered conditions related to human trafficking and underage prostitution.
Investigators with the Vancouver Police Vice Unit arrested Reza Moazami in jail on December 18th after it is believed he had contact, through others, with one of his victims.
A 22 year old woman and 30 year old man were also arrested as a result of this continuing investigation....

291) Pimp jailed after beating womanJamal Forde-Beckles, 24, of Markham, pleaded guilty on Wednesday in Ontario Superior Court to living off the avails and beating a woman he met in Mississauga in 2010. He was sentenced to a year in jail.
A Markham man has been sentenced to jail after admitting he lived off the avails of a prostitute he met at a strip joint in Mississauga.
Jamal Forde-Beckles, 24, met the victim in a Mississauga club in 2010. He convinced her to become a stripper with promises of riches.
Soon after, she began performing sex acts for money and was eventually pulling in between $500-$1,000 a day.....

292) A Vancouver man facing human trafficking charges is now facing additional charges after allegedly breaching his court-ordered conditions.
Reza Moazami, 28, was arrested last year and charged with a number of criminal offences, including trafficking, sexual exploitation and living off the avails of a juvenile.
Vancouver police say Moazami was arrested on Dec. 18 after he allegedly contacted one of his victims through other people.
He has been charged with breach of a court order and obstruction of justice.
A 22-year-old woman and a 30-year-old man were also arrested as a result of the investigation.....

293) Edmonton Police are asking  for the public’s help in locating a man who is believed to have threatened an Edmonton Transit Peace Officer with a gun on Tuesday.
Police said Abdullahi Mohamoud, 23, of Mississauga, was last seen on Jan. 1 – and allegedly threatened the transit officer when another male was arrested for trespassing at Churchill Station.
“The suspect is alleged to have produced a handgun, and demanded his friend be released,” Staff Sgt. Malcolm Allan said in a press release Thursday. “The peace officers, who don’t carry firearms, disengaged.”...
....Police said Mohamoud is wanted for a number of charges, including uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, unauthorized possession of a firearm, rescue or permit escape and three counts of breach of recognizance.
He’s also wanted on a number of Canada-wide warrants for criminal negligence causing death for a fatal hit-and-run in Ontario in 2011, where it’s alleged the dragged a gas station attendant to his death, and for aggravated sexual assault for an incident in Edmonton in 2008....

294) The Calgary Police have arrested  and charged a man with fraud after he was found to be using fake identification to deposit hundreds of stolen or false cheques.
Police say that between January 2010 and January 2011, Lamin Krubally, 32, of Calgary, created 12 aliases at 13 different banks using fake government papers.
With these phony identities, Krubally allegedly deposited hundreds stolen or fake cheques and withdrew cash immediately before the bank could detect the issue...
